I recently bought some clothes at the store in Springfield, and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. The place was a mess - empty shelves, stuff all over the place, and the staff looked like they were completely swamped. They weren't much help either when I needed something. It just felt like they didn't care about me as a customer.
