I'm really disappointed with the lack of customer service I got from this store. I ordered 4 items but only got 2, and when I tried to follow up on the missing ones, I got no response. It's frustrating to spend my money on products that never show up, and even more frustrating to be ignored when I try to fix it. Being blocked from logging into my account just tops off this bad experience. I'll definitely think twice before shopping here again.

I gotta say, I was really impressed with how easy it was to order and how quickly my wrinkle-free backdrops arrived. The quality is top-notch, and I love that I don't have to bother with steaming or ironing. It was such a relief to just take them out of the package and hang them up without any issues. The fabric tape I got from the website to stick them to the wall works like a dream, keeping them secure for days.

I thought the hands-free design of the shoes was super handy at first. But when I actually wore them for a bit, I noticed that the shoelaces and tongue kept slipping in, which was so annoying and uncomfortable. I was hoping for better quality and performance given how much I spent on them.
