My experience booking a parking spot online went really smoothly, no problems at all. The directions they gave were super clear and right on point, so I found the parking spot without any trouble. The shuttle service was right on time and the driver was really friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The only small issue I had was about how to prove I paid for the spot, since I didn't need to show any paperwork or get a placard for my car.
