    I was so bummed out by my off-site airport parking experience. The airline shot me an email about a flight delay, so I tried to switch up my reservation with them. Unfortunately, they weren't willing to bend the rules and told me no changes could be made.     Parking pass for Las Vegas Airport

    I got a parking pass for the Vegas Airport just the other day, but it was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. As soon as I bought it, I never got a confirmation and that made things really annoying. I had to reach out to customer service over and over to sort it out. Finally, I did get an email confirmation, but it didn't have all the info I needed. The confirmation page said it had everything, but it was missing crucial stuff like where exactly to park and how to get the shuttle to the airport.

    Convenient parking, shuttle service

    All in all, I found the parking service to be pretty good. It was easy to locate, and dropping off my car was a breeze. The shuttle to the airport was right on time, which made getting there a lot easier. But when I got back, I didn't know I had to call for the shuttle. That lack of info made me wait longer than I had to, but as soon as I made the call, the shuttle came right away.

    Just a heads up for you guys! I booked a parking spot for a week at an airport hotel and followed their cancellation rules exactly. I was supposed to get a full refund when I cancelled, but when I did it online, the confirmation vanished in a flash and I couldn't even grab a screenshot. I called multiple times, got disconnected, and the agent I finally spoke with said the hotel didn't have any record of my cancellation - even though I never parked there. They're being super shady and won't give me my money back, which is totally unfair.

    I had a really bad experience dealing with a canceled reservation and getting a refund. So, like four days before my flight, I reached out to Airportparking to cancel the reservation I made with The Parking Spot. They canceled it right away, which was good, but then I never got my money back. When I called up The Parking Spot to ask what was going on, they told me I had to talk to this other company, Airportparkingreservations.com, to get my refund. I tried getting in touch with them multiple times - calling them, leaving messages on their website - but I never heard anything back. That whole situation really sucked. It was super frustrating and disappointing to get zero customer service or communication. So yeah, in the end, I ended up losing my money with no help from either The Parking Spot or Airportparkingreservations.com.

    Two nights parking booking at a hotel near the airport

    I just booked a parking spot for two nights at a hotel close to the airport. But, I ended up booking at the wrong spot because the website didn't say if it was the north or south location. So, I had to pay for two nights of parking at the hotel and couldn't get any help or refund from the airport parking service. It was frustrating not getting any assistance, especially since the confusion was due to the website not being clear.

    Unresponsive Customer Service

    I am really upset about how this company is not getting back to me. I've been trying to reach them for days now, but I still haven't gotten a confirmation code or even an email saying they got my booking. I've sent two emails already and haven't heard anything back. They've already charged my card, which is not okay without any confirmation or communication. If they don't get back to me soon, I'll have to dispute the charge and go somewhere else for my business.

    Bad purchase experience in Calgary

    I made a parking reservation at a hotel in Calgary and I was pretty stoked at first because the prices seemed good. But then I realized they were charging me in US dollars, which really sucked. Despite asking multiple times, I never received a confirmation email. When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my reservation so I had to find somewhere else to stay. Even though they messed up, they still charged me the full amount. When I requested a refund, they were super rude and insisted they sent the email so tough luck for me. I tried really hard to get my money back, but they were not willing to listen. Their customer service agents were really mean and sarcastic, which was not cool at all. I definitely won't be using this company again, no matter where I am. They may seem cheap, but the service is not worth it. I wish I could give them less than 1 star for their awful customer service.

    Don't bother using this service, eh. I paid in advance for parking but when I got to the lot, it was full. I had to drive around to a few different lots before finally finding a spot, and I nearly missed my flight. The stress and hassle were just not cool. They charged me for a full day even though I only parked for half a day, and on top of that, they charged me another full day just because my flight was delayed by an hour.     Misleading shuttle service

    The website and email confirmation said we'd get a free shuttle from 7 am to 11 pm, but when we got to the airport at 10 pm with my son, the shuttle was done for the night. We tried calling for help, but they just said it wasn't their issue and we should grab a cab.     I am so frustrated with this service! I bought a parking pass just an hour before arriving at the airport, but never got an email confirmation. I mean, I have a background in computer science, so I know where to look for emails, but there was absolutely nothing there. I had no choice but to pay at the parking lot because my pass never came through. And when I tried to get in touch with customer service, it took me a whole 20 minutes just to speak with someone. And to top it all off, since it was past the check-in time, they flat-out refused to refund me. To add insult to injury, the lady I spoke with had such a dismissive attitude and even had the nerve to hang up on me. Like, can you even believe how frustrating this whole experience was?
