Reservation update refusal
I was so bummed out by my off-site airport parking experience. The airline shot me an email about a flight delay, so I tried to switch up my reservation with them. Unfortunately, they weren't willing to bend the rules and told me no changes could be made. It was super frustrating and inconvenient dealing with their lack of empathy and flexibility to unexpected flight changes. It's just disappointing as a customer to be put in a tough spot when things happen that are totally out of my hands.

This service has a lot of answers ready to go in their database, so it's pretty simple to find solutions to all sorts of questions. I like how fast they reply when I ask something, and the explanations they give really help me understand things. But, I've seen a few wrong answers in there which can throw you off. And sometimes there's more than one answer to a question, which can be confusing and not too consistent. Sometimes the experts might miss a possible answer, so the response might not quite hit the mark.
