I had to return something I bought recently, and I wasn't too happy with how it all went down. I sent back the item, but it got stuck in customs for a really long time and ended up back in my hands five whole months later. When I reached out to customer service for help, they just told me to send it back again on my own dime, which was pretty disappointing after already spending money on it. I asked for a prepaid return label, but they said no. Bellelily wasn't very helpful and didn't offer a solution, which made me think about filing a dispute with my credit card company. Dealing with the return process and the lack of support left me feeling frustrated and not too thrilled about the whole experience.

I ordered a bunch of things, but they were way too see-through, you could see my undies right through them! Had to send it all back, but the return process is so long, it's like 27 steps! And it's been 14 whole days and they still haven't given me my money back, so frustrating! Customer service keeps asking for my tracking number and order ID, even though I've already given it to them 13 times, like seriously?

So, eh, I had to get a new smartwatch to replace my old one that crapped out on me because of some tech problems, you know? And get this - it cost me 175,00 €! Like, seriously, that's not cool. I'm pretty peeved about it. Ugh.

I just bought some yoga clothes from this store and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. The material is super luxe and feels great on my skin, like a second skin almost. They have some really unique styles and colors that always catch people's eye and I get compliments every time I wear them. Although, one of the tops I got didn't fit quite right - the straps were too far apart and it was uncomfortable under my arms. But all in all, I'm really pleased with my buys from there and would totally suggest it to others.

I'm really disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and functionality of the service. I've come across several coding errors while using the platform. For instance, there was no support for USD wallets on a specific exchange, key indicators weren't calculating properly, and certain trading rules weren't working as they should. These issues have really affected my experience and have made it hard to trust the service. Customer service hasn't been very helpful either. Even when I provided clear information and screenshots, the support team seemed to struggle with understanding the problems I was having. It's clear that this company isn't ready to meet the needs of serious traders or handle complex trading situations. Because of these ongoing challenges and frustrations, I've decided to cancel my subscription early.

I got some weird emails about ticket purchases for events in Georgia and Miami, so I called up StubHub to report the fraud. The charges are still pending, StubHub said the purchases weren't fraud, my bank is giving me my money back. But I'm not happy with how StubHub didn't do more to prevent the fraud.

My experience getting my gift card was amazing. I was so happy to see it came in way quicker than expected - only took a day! I was really impressed by how fast it came, it made my whole experience awesome. I also really like all the different options for getting rewards, not just surveys. The website and app are super easy to use, which is why I think it's the best way to earn rewards.

All in all, I found the parking service to be pretty good. It was easy to locate, and dropping off my car was a breeze. The shuttle to the airport was right on time, which made getting there a lot easier. But when I got back, I didn't know I had to call for the shuttle. That lack of info made me wait longer than I had to, but as soon as I made the call, the shuttle came right away.

I recently got a lifetime warranty for my wife's wedding ring set, which came with 3 rings. Sent them in March for a clean, but was bummed out by the result. The two side bands were totally different from the main ring, with super tiny diamonds that you could hardly see. When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't replicate the set since it was no longer available. Instead, they suggested we keep the changed bands and buy two new ones. It was really disappointing, especially since they had similar bands in their stackable collection. My wife, who's really attached to her wedding ring, was so upset by the changes that she hasn't worn any of the rings since June. We feel like they're not valuing their customers or giving good service.
