    Ring resizing

    My experience at Peoples was really disappointing and frustrating. My wife's ring needed to be resized because it was way too big. We paid $225 for the resizing, but it still didn't fit right. They tried to persuade us to buy insurance and pay for another resizing, which seemed like they just wanted more money from us. When we talked to the manager about the issue, instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, they blamed my wife for accepting the wrong size in the first place. The ring she tried on at the store was a totally different size, and we trusted the staff to know what they were doing. Even when we got the ring back after the second resizing, the manager had the nerve to ask why she hadn't tried it on before. Not taking responsibility and blaming us for their errors was really disappointing. Overall, my experience at Peoples taught me about bad customer service and unprofessional behavior. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone looking for jewelry services.

    Missing earrings

    My experience with this retailer has been so frustrating and disappointing. I got a pair of earrings for $95.52, but when I got the package, it was totally empty - no earrings, no packing slip, nothing. I contacted customer service right away, and though they were nice, it took way too long to sort things out. They said their worker put the earrings in the box, but I never got them. It's not just about the money now, but the principle - why should I suffer for their maybe security issues? It feels like they robbed me of my cash and the fact that there's still no solution just makes me feel like they're not listening to me at all.

    I gotta tell ya, my experience buying an engagement ring from this website that supposedly was Peoples Jewellers was pretty terrible. The ring I got was totally not what I asked for, and it was pretty shoddy quality. When I tried to get a refund or swap it out, they were no help at all and only wanted to give me back ten bucks. They clearly didn't care about giving good customer service or fixing things. Just a heads up - I wouldn't trust this website, it's not the real Peoples Jewellers.

    People, eh, has always been my go-to spot for top-notch jewelry, especially when I'm looking for Canadian Diamonds, Gold & Silver jewelry, and Bulova watches, eh. I've been a loyal customer for years and I've never been let down by the quality of their products. The holiday sales are a great chance to grab some gifts for loved ones, so I always make sure to take advantage, eh. My trusty Diamond Bulova watch has been ticking away for years with no issues, just the odd battery swap. Overall, I'm really happy with my experiences at People, eh, and I'll keep on trusting them for all my bling needs, for sure.

    Watch purchase with misleading discounts

    So, I went shopping at this store recently and let me tell you, it was a huge disappointment. They have these promo deals advertised that look amazing, like $50.00 off your order, but when you try to use the code - surprise, it doesn't work on sale items. Talk about false advertising! It really feels like a rip off. I wouldn't recommend shopping here if you care about honesty and fairness in your transactions. Oh, and there was another promo with Flexiti for $100.00 off, but guess what? Yup, same story - didn't work. Flexiti is just out here trying to fool people. To top it off, the sales lady told me I could get a 24-month, no-interest payment plan if I spent over $1500.00. But, turns out, it's only a 12-month plan, so now my monthly payment is basically double what I thought it'd be. It's so shady and dishonest, I regret ever going to this store. Spending over $2k there was a huge mistake, and I won't be making it again. My advice? Stay away if you don't want to be taken advantage of.

    Diamond wedding ring set

    I recently got a lifetime warranty for my wife's wedding ring set, which came with 3 rings. Sent them in March for a clean, but was bummed out by the result. The two side bands were totally different from the main ring, with super tiny diamonds that you could hardly see. When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't replicate the set since it was no longer available. Instead, they suggested we keep the changed bands and buy two new ones. It was really disappointing, especially since they had similar bands in their stackable collection. My wife, who's really attached to her wedding ring, was so upset by the changes that she hasn't worn any of the rings since June. We feel like they're not valuing their customers or giving good service.

    Rings got LOST!

    I sent my rings to the store to get some things done before my wedding, like engraving and cleaning. They said it would be ready in 3 weeks, but it ended up taking longer. After I called to complain, they rushed the shipping, but turns out it got lost! Now they're trying to replace it, but I'm really upset and disappointed.     My recent experience with getting my ring fixed at this place was a total letdown. It took several tries to fix it, and each time it seemed like more problems popped up. The manager, Maria, was not helpful at all. She seemed to blame me for the issues with my ring instead of owning up to the shoddy repair job. Communication was terrible, I had to keep asking for updates on my repair. When I finally got my ring back, it was obvious that the repair was botched - scratches, missing gold, and a prong that looked even worse. Maria's attitude when I brought up my concerns was rude and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I won't be going back to this place for any future jewelry repairs, that's for sure.

    So I bought this pricey ring from the store the other day and man, I was really bummed out by the quality.     Oh my goodness, you won't believe what happened when I went to get a soldering repair estimate at this store. It was a complete mess! I waited for two whole weeks and heard absolutely nothing about the price. When I tried to look it up online, there wasn't even an estimate listed. And when I gave them a call, they said I had already accepted an estimate, but I never laid eyes on it! Can you believe that? To top it off, they charged me $200 for something that another store would've done for just $80. Their customer service was awful, they didn't even say sorry. I'm definitely never going back there again!

There was even a piece of fabric stuck, showing the work wasn't done right. I spend a lot of money at this store and always get the protection plan, so I expected better service and attention to detail. Now I have to go back to get my rings fixed again, which is a hassle and not what I wanted. They should train their staff to listen to customers and not make excuses for poor work.

They didn't even release the pre-authorization hold on my card and went ahead with another full payment without even asking me. This kind of shady business practice is just not cool in this day and age.     Earrings purchase through special order

    I recently bought a pair of earrings from the store by special order because they were out of stock. I used my credit card to make the order, and when the earrings arrived, I found out they were now on sale for a way better price. I told the store about it, but they couldn't give me back the difference in price. They told me to call customer service. But when I contacted customer service, they also wouldn't give me the sale price. This whole thing has made me feel let down and annoyed at how they handle prices and customer service.
