I just sent my rings in for warranty repair because one of the claws was loose and my diamond was also loose. I asked them to fix all the claws and redip my rings. But when I went to pick them up after waiting for 3 weeks, two of the claws were still sharp and not fixed. They said it was because they weren't on the diamonds, which I wasn't happy about. There was even a piece of fabric stuck, showing the work wasn't done right. I spend a lot of money at this store and always get the protection plan, so I expected better service and attention to detail. Now I have to go back to get my rings fixed again, which is a hassle and not what I wanted. They should train their staff to listen to customers and not make excuses for poor work.
