The quality and attention to detail of everything I've gotten has actually been better than I expected. I'm really impressed with how this store keeps delivering consistently and being so reliable.

Indoor lacrosse ticket purchase
I gotta say, buying tickets for that indoor lacrosse game was a bit of a letdown. The website was a pain to use - couldn't figure out where to even buy the tickets! It took way longer than I thought to finally get through the whole transaction, which really got on my nerves. On top of that, I felt like the prices were a bit steep compared to other sports events. After a lot of hassle, I finally got my hands on those tickets, but the whole process definitely left me feeling pretty negative. Hopefully they can make some improvements to the website so it's easier for us customers to snag tickets in the future.

I recently bought three onepieces from this store, but had to return them all. I returned one because I found another I liked better, and the other two were the wrong size. However, my experience with the customer care rep, Jayd, was amazing. Jayd was so helpful and professional, she really knew her stuff. She made the return process easy and stress-free, showing what great customer service is all about. I'm really thankful for Jayd's outstanding service, it has definitely changed how I see the brand for the better.

I just got the most gorgeous tennis bracelet from my husband for my birthday! So, I headed to the store where he got it to get it sized and add a security chain. The folks at the Tsawwssen store were super nice and helpful. They took care of all my concerns, making sure I was happy with how it turned out. They were pros and really paid attention to every little detail. I had such a good time there and would totally tell others to check them out for top-notch jewelry and amazing service.

I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the customer service from this company. Deceptive renewal process
I tried it before and thought it was okay, but when it came time to renew, I was not happy with the process. I went on my account to see about renewing it on Black Friday. When I clicked on the renew button, I expected to see the different prices before I had to confirm, but instead, I was charged right away. This felt sneaky because there was no heads up before they took my money. Other services I use always show me a page to confirm the charges before they charge me. They already had my payment info from before, so that's how they charged me without warning. Overall, pretty disappointed in how they handled the renewal, it was not fair.

Dead warranty at 18 months
I got this warranty, eh, thinking it would have my back, but nope, it conked out after 18 months, eh! I sent 'em 5 emails through their contact page and waited on hold for a friggin' 3 1/2 hours, but didn't hear squat back. Their service, eh, it's like it doesn't even exist, total bummer, ya know?

Terrible, they make it extremely hard to cancel and keep calling you. I cancelled during my free trial and they still took money out of my account! DO NOT SIGN UP, SCAM!
I signed up for free trials for a 4 weeks course and its says i can cancelled by Jan.29 , before i start my course for bookkeeping and accounting they charged me for 69.99 for a monthly subscription and a toolkit materials..email them they said i didn't cancelled before the deadline..its a scam.Please don't sign up.
