That was honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered 2 rims and quickly realized they weren't going to fit properly. I sent an email right away to try and switch my order, but I never heard back. I tried to cancel with no success either. I attempted to reach out to them over 8 times, but never got a single response. It took a whole month for the rims to finally be shipped, and when they did, they wouldn't take them back or even bother to respond to any of my messages or calls. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend buying from them to anyone.
New Jeep owner purchase
I just got my first Jeep and needed some new stuff for it, eh. So I went online and ordered a bunch of things from the store in Florida, ya know. When I went to pick it up, the people there were so nice and helpful, eh. They answered all my questions and even helped me when I messed up putting stuff on my Jeep, don't ya know. They even called the manufacturer for me to get replacement parts, eh. They checked out my suspension system and gave me honest feedback and options, eh. They were so awesome and went above and beyond for me, don't ya know. Shoutout to the people at the Florida store, eh!
Lift Kit purchase
My experience with the company was really great, eh. I was on the hunt for a lift kit for my vehicle and I found exactly what I needed on their website, you know. The ordering process was smooth as can be, and I got regular updates on the status of my order. The customer service team knew their stuff and was super helpful, answering all of my questions right away. The prices were fair, and I felt like I was getting good bang for my buck, eh. The delivery was fast and trouble-free, with the package showing up in perfect shape. All in all, I'm super satisfied with my purchase from this company, eh.
Part ordered
I ordered this part like a whole month ago, right? And guess what? Still hasn't even been shipped out! So I'm like, cool, I'll just cancel my order. But nope, the company's ghosting me. I tried calling them up, but no luck there either. I even reached out to the store closest to me and they promised the big boss would hit me up. But surprise, surprise, nothing from them either. It's like this company is being run by a couple of lazy teenagers who are just looking to mess with you. Definitely not giving them my business ever again, eh!
Lift kit and off-road tires
So, I bought a lift kit and off-road tires from this store not too long ago. At the beginning, everything looked good, but then a month passed by and I noticed my order was nowhere to be found. I tried emailing them, but got no reply. Finally, when I called, they said my address needed to be verified, which didn't make sense since it was correct. Turns out they didn't even have the items in stock, but still charged me for them. This whole situation really showed me their customer service is awful and they seriously lack communication. It's kind of sad to see a company caring more about advertising than actually looking after their customers.
Shocks and stabilizer kit
So, I bought a shocks and stabilizer kit for my Jeep from this store not long ago. Can you believe they only shipped me part of the order? Like, missing a whole piece! Super annoying because I had already booked time at the shop to work on my Jeep and the delivery was supposed to be within 3-5 days. They didn't even keep me in the loop about the missing part or the delay online, which was so frustrating. Had to shell out extra for shop fees and make an additional trip to get everything sorted. The customer service response was pretty weak too, no sympathy and they wouldn't overnight the missing piece at their own expense. So, I had to pay for it myself. Kind of a letdown, to be honest.
Axle Shaft for Dana 35c
I gotta say, the customer service at this place is a total nightmare! They not only gave me wrong info on their website, but they also sent me the wrong product. I ordered an Axle Shaft for my Dana 35c, specifically asking for the passenger side with the right length and press-in studs. But what do they do? They send me the driver's side, with the wrong length and screw-in studs. Now I'm stuck with a shaft that doesn't even fit right, and my brake drum won't even go over my brakes. It's so frustrating that they expect me to just deal with their mistake, especially when I can't afford to shell out more money for a replacement shaft that they messed up in the first place. Absolutely not cool!
Lift kit, winch, and roof rack
This company is such a pain to deal with, eh? They advertise stuff as in stock when it's not, and then charge your credit card before telling you they don't actually have it. How is that even allowed? It's like they get a kick out of messing with us and making us stressed for no reason. I don't get how they're still operating with such shady tactics. We shouldn't put up with this kind of sneaky behavior, they need to take responsibility for what they're doing.
Parts for my off-road vehicle
I was so upset with my experience at this store. Just like others have mentioned, they took my money right away but didn't ship my order on time. When I asked about the delay, they said it would go out that day, but it didn't. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - I was on the phone forever getting transferred and disconnected before reaching someone who couldn't help. I suggest staying away from this store and finding one with better customer service.
Light bar cover purchase
I recently bought a light bar cover from this company. But, after I finished ordering and paying, I got a notification saying the item was out of stock. They gave me an estimated delivery date, but that day came and went with no more info. It was really annoying dealing with their lack of transparency and follow-through. Their customer service reps weren't helpful and even argued with me about their sales process. If you need something right away, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them since they don't seem to care much about making customers happy. As a consumer, I was let down by the customer service and the whole experience.
Leaf springs and ubolts
I just bought some leaf springs and ubolts from this company, expecting top-notch quality. But I was let down big time. The ubolts were supposed to be coated in shiny gold iridite, but instead, they showed up as plain old steel with different hardware. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the leaf springs looked all scratched up and beaten during shipping. I reached out to customer service in every way possible, only to be met with unhelpful responses and no real attempt to fix things. To sum it up, dealing with this company was a major letdown and a total waste of my time.
Damaged product
I bought something from this place and it was a total disaster. The product showed up looking like it had been through heck - all sun-damaged and dusty like it had been sitting around forever. When I tried to contact customer service for help, they were nowhere to be seen. They didn't offer any solutions, so I had to handle the return on my own, and it ended up costing me more in restocking fees. What a pain.

Oh man, this place is brutal! The staff are all over the map, can't get a clear answer from anyone. I've been waiting for my parts for what feels like an eternity, but nothing. Ended up having to call the manufacturer myself to get my order in. Geez!
Recent order experience
I recently bought something from this company and honestly, it was pretty disappointing. I waited for ages to get my order and when it finally arrived, the parts were all wrong. This is actually the second time they messed up my order, even though I had sent back the wrong items before. It's really frustrating dealing with a company that can't get things right, especially after waiting so long. Sadly, I won't be shopping with them again.

Eh, this company is just not cool, ya know? It took forever to get my stuff, eh. I had to call and email like a million times just to talk to someone. Dead warranty at 18 months
I got this warranty, eh, thinking it would have my back, but nope, it conked out after 18 months, eh! I sent 'em 5 emails through their contact page and waited on hold for a friggin' 3 1/2 hours, but didn't hear squat back. Their service, eh, it's like it doesn't even exist, total bummer, ya know?
Incomplete Jeep Top purchase
They sent me a Jeep Top that was missing pieces and clearly had been returned by another customer. It was dirty, had no manual, and was lacking some hardware. When I reached out to customer service, the person on the phone was not helpful at all. They wouldn't send me a new one without me having to push for it first. I was so annoyed that I decided to just return it and buy from a different place. The way the rep responded was totally not cool, and I was surprised by how little they seemed to care about me as a customer, especially since I run my own business.
Heavy-duty winch purchase
I just bought a heavy-duty winch from this company and boy, was I let down by the packaging. The winch showed up in a weak cardboard box with barely any protection, so you can probably guess that it got banged up during shipping. I've tried getting in touch with the company a bunch of times now, but I still haven't gotten a response that satisfies me. They wanted me to send pictures of the damage, but they haven't even sent me a return shipping label. On top of that, I can't seem to get ahold of anyone on the phone to talk about this mess. All in all, this whole ordeal has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.
Poison Spyder JK Brawler lite front bumper
Hey there, so I bought this Poison Spyder JK Brawler lite front bumper for my jeep from 4 Wheel Drive Hardware, right? But when it arrived, it didn't look like the one on the website at all. So I tried to return it, and let me tell you, the customer service was not helpful at all. They wouldn't even pay for the shipping to send it back, and they said it was my fault for not understanding the item description. Not cool. This whole situation messed up my Christmas surprise for my husband, and I was left feeling super frustrated and let down. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
