That was honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered 2 rims and quickly realized they weren't going to fit properly. I sent an email right away to try and switch my order, but I never heard back. I tried to cancel with no success either. I attempted to reach out to them over 8 times, but never got a single response. It took a whole month for the rims to finally be shipped, and when they did, they wouldn't take them back or even bother to respond to any of my messages or calls. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend buying from them to anyone.

I just got my first Jeep and needed some new stuff for it, eh. So I went online and ordered a bunch of things from the store in Florida, ya know. When I went to pick it up, the people there were so nice and helpful, eh. They answered all my questions and even helped me when I messed up putting stuff on my Jeep, don't ya know. They were so awesome and went above and beyond for me, don't ya know. Shoutout to the people at the Florida store, eh!

They send me the driver's side, with the wrong length and screw-in studs. Now I'm stuck with a shaft that doesn't even fit right, and my brake drum won't even go over my brakes. It's so frustrating that they expect me to just deal with their mistake, especially when I can't afford to shell out more money for a replacement shaft that they messed up in the first place. Absolutely not cool!
