I swear, I just bought this wine gizmo thing and let me tell you, it's been better than I thought. As a new customer, I just ordered a dress online and had a pretty good experience. There was a little hiccup where the website froze when I was trying to pay, but the customer service team was super quick to sort it out. I sent an email about being double-charged and they fixed it within a day. The dress showed up in 4 days, right on time. All in all, I'm happy with how everything went down and would definitely think about shopping with them again because the product was good and the customer service was top-notch.

Hey there, so I bought this Poison Spyder JK Brawler lite front bumper for my jeep from 4 Wheel Drive Hardware, right? But when it arrived, it didn't look like the one on the website at all. So I tried to return it, and let me tell you, the customer service was not helpful at all. They wouldn't even pay for the shipping to send it back, and they said it was my fault for not understanding the item description. Not cool. This whole situation messed up my Christmas surprise for my husband, and I was left feeling super frustrated and let down. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
