Laptop phone mount
Customer service is awful, eh? The product doesn't even have replaceable adhesive - it's so lame. And then they're saying they can't return something once it's been attached? That's totally unfair and kinda sketchy. The US laws are gonna come down on them, I just know it. So yeah, I'm not gonna buy from them again.
Over 2 months delivery
I finally got my order after waiting for over 2 months. But when I opened it, I was kind of let down. The material they used was too thin, so it didn't seem very sturdy.
Sleek and useful phone stand with wallet
I recently picked up a phone stand with a wallet from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with my purchase. The product looks cool, it's super handy, and it's been a real game-changer for me. I've been using it for about six months now and everywhere I go, people ask me about it because it catches their eye. The kickstand on the phone stand is honestly amazing and the wallet on the back is so convenient. The quality is top-notch and I'm really impressed with how well it's held up. Besides the phone stand, I also got stands for my MacBook and iPad from them and I'm just as satisfied with those. They make it so easy for me to set up my work space wherever I need to. Overall, I definitely recommend this company and their products.
Online purchase experience
I'm really let down by the online shopping I did with this company. They kept lying, not keeping their promises, and ignoring my questions. Even though I paid for something, I never got it, and they didn't reply to any of my emails asking where it was. It's just really disappointing to see a company act so untrustworthy.
iPad Pro cover buddy and tablet stand
I'm really disappointed with the iPad Pro cover buddy I bought recently. It took forever to arrive, and the quality is way below what I expected. The case is thin and flimsy, leaving a whole side of the iPad unprotected. It works with the magic keyboard, but the plastic feels cheap and doesn't provide much protection. The tablet stand is a cool idea, but the way it's made is not great. The instructions were wrong, and the magnet is too weak to hold the iPad properly. The angles on the stand are unstable, so it's hard to use. Plus, you can't attach the tablet stand to the iPad cover buddy and use it with the magic keyboard, so it's just an extra thing to carry around. I regret buying this, it feels like a waste of money.

I bought this phone case system on January 9th for $88 hoping it would last long. But after just 3 weeks, the lanyard anchors broke. Luckily, I caught my phone before it hit the ground and got wrecked. I'm really let down by the quality, especially for how much I spent on it.
Phone stand and wallet
I bought this really neat phone stand and wallet, eh? But it took SO LONG to get here! I ordered it thinking it would arrive right away, but it felt like forever. I sent them tons of emails and all they kept saying was sorry and giving me little refunds. And when it finally showed up, it was the wrong color! That's not cool at all. Now I have to pay to send it back if I want my money back. Ugh, definitely not worth it, eh?
Phone case and wallet
So, like, I got this really awesome phone case and wallet from this store and I was so stoked when I first got them. I even got some as gifts for my buds too! But then, after only a year, my case and wallet started falling apart. I reached out to them to ask if this was normal, but they didn't really give me a straight answer. Instead, they just sent me a discount code. Seriously, that's not really fixing the issue, right? So I used the code to order replacements, thinking it would only take like a week or two to arrive. But it's been 25 days now and still no sign of my stuff. When I asked about it, they said it actually takes 20 days for delivery. Like, what? That wasn't mentioned when I made the order! Plus, their tracking system is pretty much useless. It's such a downer because I spent almost $100 on this stuff, and now I'm not even certain if I'll receive it. I used to adore this store, but now I'm having doubts. I guess I'll have to find another place to snag my rad phone accessories from now on.
Laptop stand purchase
I just bought a laptop stand from this company, and let me tell you, the product is good but the customer service is really not up to par. I sent them a bunch of emails trying to get in touch with their customer support, but didn't hear back at all. So, I got fed up and decided to post on their Facebook page to see if that would get their attention. At first, they seemed helpful, but it didn't last long because they just told me to go back to the same unresponsive channels.
Order I got lost
Do not buy from them! They messed up my order and then completely ignored me when I wanted a refund because I didn't want their product anymore. Such terrible service overall!
Slim wallet purchase
To be honest, the slim wallet I bought was just awful. The glue at the bottom came off after only a few months, making the wallet all wobbly and unusable. I was not happy with it at all. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was terrible too. They took ages to get back to me, and when they finally did, they just auto-deleted my message after 3 days of silence. And the worst part? Their reply was just a generic message with a coupon code. It was a really disappointing experience all around.
Powerbank purchase
The wait for that powerbank to become available was brutal, but when I finally got my hands on it, I was so let down by how it performed. But, gotta say, the customer service team was amazing. They got back to me super fast, really listened to what I had to say, and even checked out the videos I sent their way. Even though they couldn't fix the problem, they still found a way to help me out that showed they really care about their customers.
Snap Laptop Phone Holder
I bought a laptop phone holder from this company, thinking it would make my work setup easier. But I was really let down by the product. It didn't hold my phone as well as they said it would, and the quality wasn't great. When I contacted customer support, they didn't really help much and took forever to respond. I had to go back and forth with them for almost three weeks, even sending them a video to prove the problem, before I had to get PayPal involved to sort it out.
Incorrect item purchased
I bought something not long ago but ended up ordering the wrong thing by accident. I tried to get in touch with their customer service team by email a few times, tried reaching out on social media, and even gave the phone number on their website a call. But I never heard back from them at all. It was really frustrating that they weren't communicating and their customer service team was nowhere to be found.
Yoga stand
I'm really loving my new yoga stand! It's been such a game changer for my online classes, keeping me in the frame while I'm teaching. The fact that it's so portable and has adjustable levels is awesome, it really works well for all my different needs. Super happy with my purchase overall!
Magnetic phone stand
The magnetic phone stand I got from this store is absolutely amazing! I'm up here in Canada, and even though it took a little while longer to get here, it was totally worth it. I've had it on my phone for over a month now and it still looks good as new. The stand stays put on flat surfaces really well thanks to how it's designed on both sides. The magnet is strong enough to keep my phone nice and secure.

I bought a laptop stand not long ago and I was so happy with how quickly it arrived and how great the customer service was. Even though it came from another country, it got here faster than I thought and there were no problems with customs. The stand seems really sturdy, but the magnet could be a bit stronger. It still works really well for what I need it for.

What a nightmare dealing with this company. I made an order over two weeks ago and still haven't got any confirmation or receipt. It's clear they're not reliable or serious. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they haven't responded to any of my messages. I've now opened a claim with Paypal for a full refund since the tracking info they gave me isn't even showing up. The reasons they give for possible delays are just excuses. I've wasted so much time and energy on this order, and I wish I had researched better to find other options in Taiwan. Stay away from this company at all costs!
