Customer service is awful, eh? The product doesn't even have replaceable adhesive - it's so lame. And then they're saying they can't return something once it's been attached? That's totally unfair and kinda sketchy. The US laws are gonna come down on them, I just know it. So yeah, I'm not gonna buy from them again.

I finally got my order after waiting for over 2 months. But when I opened it, I was kind of let down. The material they used was too thin, so it didn't seem very sturdy.

I recently picked up a phone stand with a wallet from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with my purchase. Overall, I definitely recommend this company and their products.

I'm really let down by the online shopping I did with this company. They kept lying, not keeping their promises, and ignoring my questions. Even though I paid for something, I never got it, and they didn't reply to any of my emails asking where it was. It's just really disappointing to see a company act so untrustworthy.

I'm really disappointed with the iPad Pro cover buddy I bought recently. It took forever to arrive, and the quality is way below what I expected. The case is thin and flimsy, leaving a whole side of the iPad unprotected. It works with the magic keyboard, but the plastic feels cheap and doesn't provide much protection. The tablet stand is a cool idea, but the way it's made is not great. The instructions were wrong, and the magnet is too weak to hold the iPad properly. The angles on the stand are unstable, so it's hard to use. Plus, you can't attach the tablet stand to the iPad cover buddy and use it with the magic keyboard, so it's just an extra thing to carry around. I regret buying this, it feels like a waste of money.

I bought this phone case system on January 9th for $88 hoping it would last long. But after just 3 weeks, the lanyard anchors broke. Luckily, I caught my phone before it hit the ground and got wrecked. I'm really let down by the quality, especially for how much I spent on it.

I used to adore this store, but now I'm having doubts. I guess I'll have to find another place to snag my rad phone accessories from now on.

The magnetic phone stand I got from this store is absolutely amazing! I'm up here in Canada, and even though it took a little while longer to get here, it was totally worth it. I've had it on my phone for over a month now and it still looks good as new. The stand stays put on flat surfaces really well thanks to how it's designed on both sides. The magnet is strong enough to keep my phone nice and secure.

I've now opened a claim with Paypal for a full refund since the tracking info they gave me isn't even showing up. The reasons they give for possible delays are just excuses. I've wasted so much time and energy on this order, and I wish I had researched better to find other options in Taiwan. Stay away from this company at all costs!
