Powerbank purchase
The wait for that powerbank to become available was brutal, but when I finally got my hands on it, I was so let down by how it performed. But, gotta say, the customer service team was amazing. They got back to me super fast, really listened to what I had to say, and even checked out the videos I sent their way. Even though they couldn't fix the problem, they still found a way to help me out that showed they really care about their customers.

Big thank you to THAHAB for the amazing customer service! The tech support folks were so helpful and answered all my questions. I just got a Valentino shirt-jacket delivered right on schedule. It was fresh, real deal, and packaged super nicely. I've already told my friends about THAHAB and for sure will be shopping with them again!
