Phone case and wallet
So, like, I got this really awesome phone case and wallet from this store and I was so stoked when I first got them. I even got some as gifts for my buds too! But then, after only a year, my case and wallet started falling apart. I reached out to them to ask if this was normal, but they didn't really give me a straight answer. Instead, they just sent me a discount code. Seriously, that's not really fixing the issue, right? So I used the code to order replacements, thinking it would only take like a week or two to arrive. But it's been 25 days now and still no sign of my stuff. When I asked about it, they said it actually takes 20 days for delivery. Like, what? That wasn't mentioned when I made the order! Plus, their tracking system is pretty much useless. It's such a downer because I spent almost $100 on this stuff, and now I'm not even certain if I'll receive it. I used to adore this store, but now I'm having doubts. I guess I'll have to find another place to snag my rad phone accessories from now on.

Booking flexibility and breakfast policy
My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately not the best because of a frustrating issue with their breakfast policy. My flight schedule got changed, so I could have breakfast at the hotel every day, but I was upset to find out that the hotel was charging 48% more for breakfast even though I told them about my change five days before I got there. The hotel only gave a lower price for breakfast if everyone in the reservation agreed to have it every day. That didn't work for me because one person couldn't eat breakfast at the hotel due to dietary restrictions. As a valued member of the group, I expected better treatment and felt like I was being treated unfairly compared to other guests. This bad experience has made me think about booking with other hotels in the future to see if they have more flexibility and fair pricing. It's always good to check out different options and compare services to make sure customers are happy and getting good value for their money.

Photo book
This website is really well done, it made it super easy for me to upload my pictures. But, I did find it a little bit tricky to move the pictures around. Thankfully, the support they provided helped me out and I got it all sorted. The final book turned out even better than I expected, just a few little things like one picture not being perfectly centered and some text not showing up right, but that might have been my fault. The customer service was amazing, and the shipping time was reasonable. All in all, one of the best companies around for this kind of thing. Thanks so much!
