Dealing with companies that ain't local can be a pain, eh? Especially when it comes to returns. I ran into a problem with a purchase and contacted their helpdesk. It took a bit for them to get back to me, but when I finally connected with Max, he was super efficient and helpful in fixing everything up for me. His emails were easy to understand and gave me the info I needed to get the problem sorted out quick.

I've bought jewelry from this company a few times now and I've always been happy with the quality of their products. The prices are fair and the items are really well-made. However, I did have a problem with my last order. It got delayed and when it finally showed up, we weren't home to get it. Beautiful jewelry, some smaller than expected
I gotta say, my experience with this company has been pretty good overall. The customer service was amazing, and they dealt with my problem really nicely and reliably. The jewelry is beautiful and really good quality. But, I did notice that some of the earrings were smaller than I thought they would be, and the clasps can be a bit annoying to handle sometimes.
