I had a really crappy experience with my booking getting cancelled, and then I saw that the place was up for rent again but at a higher price. They tried to tell me that I had cancelled it myself, but I know for sure I was fast asleep at 2am. I was super suspicious but felt like I had no choice 'cause the company said they couldn't do anything since I paid the host directly.

So, I bought a couple of mascaras from here, right? But when they arrived, they were all dried out and I couldn't use them. I tried reaching out to their customer service through email a bunch of times, but I didn't get any reply. And get this, their customer service email is just a regular Gmail account. Makes me question if they're legit or not. I'd say steer clear from shopping here unless you're fine with getting crummy products.

My time at this hotel was amazing! The old building was restored so nicely, and my room was just perfect - so elegant and cozy. The people working there were so kind and always ready to help out, they really made me feel welcomed. The hotel is in a great spot, with lots to do nearby and easy to walk to. I'd tell anyone looking for a special and unforgettable experience in Lisbon to definitely stay here.

The earrings at PDPAOLA are so amazing, I couldn't decide which pair to get first because I loved them all! The quality is top-notch and the designs are super trendy and unique.
