Remote location delivery
Who woulda guessed living out in the boonies would mean I could still have gorgeous flowers delivered right to my doorstep? The Bouqs has been a total game-changer for me - living in a small town where the closest flower shop might as well be in another galaxy. I've ordered from them a bunch of times now and every time the flowers have been absolutely beautiful, super fresh, and lasted forever. I can't sing their praises enough for those of us who aren't lucky enough to live near a big city.
Birthday gift for mom and mother-in-law
A year ago, I thought I'd do something special for my mom and mother-in-law on their birthdays, so I decided to surprise them with some flowers. It ended up being the greatest gift I've ever given them. The flowers made them so happy, they were always getting compliments on how pretty they were and how long they lasted. I really enjoyed seeing how excited they got each month, waiting for their bouquet to arrive, and they'd even send me pictures when I couldn't be there in person.
Online flower bouquet purchase
I just wanted to share my experience with buying flowers online. The customer service I received was fantastic! The representative I spoke with was so helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions right away and made me feel at ease. She really knew her stuff and it showed. I felt good about my purchase because of her expertise. Flower purchase online
I was browsing online and came across some really nice flowers, so I decided to get them for my mom as a surprise! When she received them, she mentioned how lovely they were, but we both wished we could have added some special accents to the card message since we prefer to write in French. Unfortunately, I had to send it in English instead. Hopefully, they can work on fixing that soon so we can express ourselves fully in our own language!
Flowers for family member
The customer service was amazing, they really went above and beyond to help me with the issue I had with the flowers. Even though they sent me replacement flowers, they still weren't as bright and lively as we were expecting. I think the flowers may have suffered from the long journey from one state to another. But I do appreciate the effort they put in to fix the problem.
Easter bouquet
I normally really enjoy getting my flower subscriptions from this spot, but gotta say, the Easter bouquet I got this time around wasn't the greatest. It arrived late and looked a bit worse for wear after the journey. The flowers were on the smaller side and didn't quite have the wow factor for the price I shelled out. And to top it off, they're not lasting as long as they should, despite all the TLC I'm giving them.
3 month subscription gift
Just wanted to share my experience with a 3-month subscription gift I recently bought. I was seriously impressed! The website was super easy to use and I loved picking out each bouquet. Those reminders to switch up the flowers each month were handy, and the delivery updates were great. The flowers showed up looking amazing and the person receiving them was over the moon. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
Monthly flower delivery to mom's care facility
I've been sending my mom flowers every month at her care home, and it always makes her so happy. She gets so excited when she talks about how much she and the other folks there love the flowers.
