The prices were way too high, and when the frame finally arrived, it was just a bunch of wood pieces that I had to put together like some cheap IKEA furniture. And get this, there was no glass or backing included! How am I supposed to use a frame without glass, eh? It's like buying a sandwich without any filling, eh! But wait, it gets worse. When I tried to reach out to customer service to complain about this mess, no one even bothered to reply to my email, eh. Talk about horrible customer service! I felt like I was talking to a brick wall, eh. So yeah, do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here, eh. Trust me, you'll thank me later, eh.

I bought the Jones Road Balm, thinking I'd get a nice, glowy look, but it didn't quite meet my expectations.
