    My purchase was pants and a top.

    I ordered these super cute pants and a top from this store and they were supposed to arrive in 7-12 days. But you know what? They didn't come for over a week, and the tracking was all messed up! I called customer service, and they said they couldn't do anything until February 30th, but like, hello, that's not even a real day!

    Clothes that were too small and too big

    Hey there, so I'm pretty young but man, I gotta tell ya, I ordered some clothes and they were like super tiny even though I ordered my usual size! So I sent them back for a gift card to avoid shipping costs, but then the new item was like ginormous! And now I gotta fork out more cash just to send it back! Feels like I'm tossing money away! I even checked their sizing chart, but no dice. I don't want more gift cards, I just want clothes that actually fit without having to spend extra money!

    Jeans purchase

    I got this catalog in the mail from this company, and it seemed to be mostly for plus-sized folks, which I didn't realize right away. Even so, I decided to get a pair of jeans. I really liked the jeans, they fit nicely and were good quality. But then I tried on a dress that was labeled as a 14W, and it just looked like a big sack on me, and the fabric was too heavy. On top of that, I got a bra that was the wrong size and had a stain on it. I'm going to return the things that I'm not happy with and I'm not sure if I'll buy anything else from this company in the future.

    Disappointed with false shipping promises

    I recently bought something from this company and honestly, I'm pretty upset about how they handled the shipping. They told me it would be fast, but it ended up being late and the tracking info was all wrong. On top of that, they charged me way too much for expedited delivery that never even happened. I feel like they tricked me and ripped me off, and I'm not cool with it. This is definitely the last time I'm buying from them. I expect honesty and respect from the places I give my money to, and that's not what I got here, unfortunately.

    Order cancellation error

    I had a really annoying situation with a clothing company. They messed up and canceled my order by mistake, which was a big hassle for me and my sister in the nursing home. Even though I tried to explain the mix-up to their customer service person, they just kept saying I had to reorder on my account, even though my sister didn't have one. We went back and forth, but they wouldn't change their minds and let me reorder. I ended up having to cancel the whole thing. Their lack of understanding and refusal to fix their mistake really shows how bad their customer service is.

    Recent clothing purchase

    I recently bought some clothes and man, were they a disappointment! I got myself some capris, or so I thought, but they ended up being super long and reached down to my ankles. Not a good look at all! And to make matters worse, the sizing was all off and I had to return them. On top of that, the service wasn't great and it seems like they only have international employees now. I gotta start looking for a new place to shop because this one has definitely taken a turn for the worse. The quality of their stuff just isn't up to par anymore.

    While the clothes in the catalog looked okay, I was really bummed out that there weren't any plus-size models represented. I think it's super important for companies to show their clothes on all different types of bodies, so we can see how they'll actually fit and look. I mean, only having three pictures of women above size 0 in the whole catalog? That's not cool. It makes it seem like plus-size women aren't important in the fashion world. This whole thing has made me feel pretty disappointed and annoyed with the brand's lack of inclusivity.

    I used to come here to shop around 15 to 20 years ago, and back then, the stuff was alright. The quality was good, and the service was fine. But when I ordered 5 new tops the other day, I was super disappointed. The fabric, sewing, and overall construction was just awful. And on top of that, the customer service was not great.

    Leggings not received

    I ordered a pair of leggings back in December, but they never showed up. Even though my account said they were "on the way", they never got delivered. I waited almost four months before I finally reached out to customer service. Turns out, they said the leggings were shipped out on Jan 28th, but since it had been more than 60 days, they couldn't give me a refund or fix the problem. Like, how was I supposed to know to contact them sooner when I was still waiting for the package and my account said it was still on its way? This lack of communication and help from customer service is just not right at all.

    I ordered a couple of bras off the website because they were on sale for 50% off in the catalog. But when I went to check out, the discount wasn't applied, and I was still getting charged full price. It was really disappointing and made me feel like they were trying to trick me. The shipping costs were also really high, way more than I usually pay online. When I tried to talk to someone about it using the chat, they just told me to call customer service instead. I reached out to customer service through their chat to see what was up. They told me that the 1 to 2 day shipping timeline starts once they actually ship it, not from when I bought it. I explained that I needed it for a trip and asked if I could cancel, but no luck. I was pretty let down and frustrated by the whole situation.
