Hey there, so I'm pretty young but man, I gotta tell ya, I ordered some clothes and they were like super tiny even though I ordered my usual size! So I sent them back for a gift card to avoid shipping costs, but then the new item was like ginormous! And now I gotta fork out more cash just to send it back! Feels like I'm tossing money away! I even checked their sizing chart, but no dice. I don't want more gift cards, I just want clothes that actually fit without having to spend extra money!

I'm really upset with the company I purchased from! I was supposed to get a refund on my shipping fees when I sent back my items, but they didn't give it to me. That's so sneaky and dishonest! I won't be buying from them ever again!

I bought two blouses from the company not too long ago. Turns out I needed a smaller size, so I asked for an exchange. I sent back the blouses and included the request, but they didn't follow through. When I called customer service, the people were rude and not helpful at all. They wouldn't even refund the $10.99 for the exchange, even though it was their fault. Overall, dealing with this company was super disappointing and frustrating.

I ordered something online, but it never showed up. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times, gave them all the paperwork they needed, but still nothing. They haven't given me back the money on my credit card even though I've tried really hard. Their customer service is so bad, it looks like they're trying to make it tough on purpose for people to get their money back. It's like they want you to just give up and move on.

So, I bought a couple dresses from the store thinking I could wear them to a wedding, but turns out only one of them looked good on me. I sent the other one back, paying $10 for shipping, but I never got the credit like I was supposed to. I tried showing proof that I returned it, but still didn't get my money back. This whole thing has been super frustrating and disappointing, to be honest. The company's service and rules are just not cutting it for me.

So I, like, ordered these really cute shoes online, eh? And when they finally got here, they were, like, the wrong color! Ugh, so frustrating, eh? And you know what? I gotta pay for the shipping to send 'em back! Not cool at all. And get this - the invoice didn't even have the return address or any charges listed, eh? What a mess! I had to call 'em just to get the return address. I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure, eh?
