I’d be hesitant to recommend it, even though the course library itself is useful for my day-to-day learning. I joined a few live sessions to ask practical questions related to work, and one presenter made comments that felt unnecessarily dismissive. At first I figured maybe I was reading too much into it, but it happened again in another session. Support didn’t really help either; their reply felt generic and brushed off the situation. Since the subscription costs more than some alternatives, I expected a more professional response. The training material is solid, but the live experience left a bad taste.

I knew I was disappointed when I tried finding one specific passage and kept landing on unrelated pages. The book selection is honestly really good, and that’s why this bugs me more. I’ve sent a couple reports over the last few months, but the search results still seem off and many links just don’t open. Other services aren’t perfect either, but this needs fixing.

When someone decides they don't want to use a certain platform or service anymore, they should be able to take their personal info out of that database. In this day and age where data privacy is a big deal, companies need to be honest and considerate of what their users want. It's not right for businesses to make it hard for people to manage their own data.
