I bought a live course recently and sadly, the presenter was making rude comments when I asked important questions. It happened more than once during the course. When I contacted customer support about it, they gave me a response that didn't really fix the problem. It was disappointing to see that kind of unprofessional behavior from a company that I had heard great things about.

I just bought some brake pads from this store, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good they are. The people working there really knew their stuff and helped me find the right pads for my ride. Ordering them was easy peasy, and the price was pretty good too. The service was top-notch - everyone was really nice and ready to lend a hand. Plus, my order showed up real fast and was all wrapped up nice and safe. All in all, it was a great shopping experience and I'll definitely be back for any car stuff I need in the future.

I just bought some books from this store, and even though it's great that they have such a big selection, I was kind of let down by the search function. It kept pulling up the wrong stuff and half the links were busted. I've tried letting them know about it a bunch of times in the last few months, but it doesn't seem like they've done anything to fix it.

When someone decides they don't want to use a certain platform or service anymore, they should be able to take their personal info out of that database. In this day and age where data privacy is a big deal, companies need to be honest and considerate of what their users want. It's not right for businesses to make it hard for people to manage their own data.
