Account Deletion Issue
As a regular person, I think it's really important for companies to put user rights and privacy first. It's not okay for a company to not make it easy for users to delete their accounts. When someone decides they don't want to use a certain platform or service anymore, they should be able to take their personal info out of that database. In this day and age where data privacy is a big deal, companies need to be honest and considerate of what their users want. It's not right for businesses to make it hard for people to manage their own data.
Books
I just bought some books from this store, and even though it's great that they have such a big selection, I was kind of let down by the search function. It kept pulling up the wrong stuff and half the links were busted. I've tried letting them know about it a bunch of times in the last few months, but it doesn't seem like they've done anything to fix it.
