I ordered a gift on December 13th, but it didn't arrive until January 10th! I reached out for help, but both customer service and the delivery company kept pointing fingers at each other. In the end, I was left with no gift to give. It was really disappointing!

As a regular person, I think it's really important for companies to put user rights and privacy first. It's not okay for a company to not make it easy for users to delete their accounts. When someone decides they don't want to use a certain platform or service anymore, they should be able to take their personal info out of that database. In this day and age where data privacy is a big deal, companies need to be honest and considerate of what their users want. It's not right for businesses to make it hard for people to manage their own data.
