    The customer service at the store was just amazing, eh! The folks at this place really know how to make you feel special and important, eh. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away and treated like a VIP the whole time I was shopping. Malika, Alana, Bhargavit, and Tiffany really went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. They were so friendly, super knowledgeable, and made sure I was totally happy before I left. It's not every day you come across such top-notch service, so I just wanna give a big thank you to the staff at this store for being so awesome, eh. Keep up the great work, you guys!

    Recent clothing purchase

    So, I went shopping at the mall the other day and ended up getting some clothes from this store. The lady who helped me, let's call her Vani, was seriously the best. She was super nice, always had a smile on her face, and just made the whole experience great. Vani's positive vibes and top-notch service really made my day and I'll definitely remember it. It's not every day you meet someone so genuinely nice and helpful, but Vani really went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted. Thanks a ton, Vani, you're the best!

    Cool clothes, tons of colors

    Suzy's styles are amazing, eh? I've been shopping there forever and I'm obsessed with all the different colors they have. So much better than boring stores like H&M, you know? Suzy is all about that girly and trendy vibe, and I'm totally here for it! Plus, their online service is top-notch and the folks in the store are super friendly. Big shoutout to Leah at the Brentwood shopping center in Burnaby, BC - she's the absolute greatest! Thanks Suzy for helping me look fab without breaking the bank, eh!

    Recent shopping experience

    My recent trip to the store at Cambridge Mall wasn't great because there was a really strong smell as soon as I walked in. I think the employees should pay more attention to keeping themselves clean, it's not nice for us customers. It's a public place, so they should try to make it nice for everyone. Also, I saw a manager giving a cashier a disapproving look, and I thought it was unprofessional.

    I ordered a dress online on December 4th and expected to get it within 3-5 business days. But by December 18th, I hadn't heard anything about my order, so I contacted customer service. Their reply was not very helpful, just said my order was shipped on December 6th and that I would get another notification if I selected Ship to Store. When I asked again on December 22nd, still no idea where my order was, they just offered a refund. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially so close to Christmas. Luckily, the folks at the STC and square one stores helped me find what I needed, even if I had to make a 2-hour round trip to pick it up.

    I can't even deal with it right now, eh? The customer service was just brutal! The manager lady was so rude to me when I asked for a refund. She straight up said "there's no way the cashier told you that!" and pretty much accused me of lying. That was seriously not cool. Like, all I wanted was my money back, you know?

    Cute clothes and sales

    Oh my gosh, this store has such cute clothes! They're really pretty and they usually have sales, which is awesome because then I can buy more stuff! It's kind of like those fancy stores like Laura and Melanie Lyne, but not super fancy, just really nice! The people who work there are nice, but not super amazing. It's cool and all, but not the absolute best store ever. Still, I totally love it!

    I picked up these leggings for my sister, but one of them had some frayed stitching in the crotch area. When I tried to return them, they refused to give me a refund and only offered store credit. It's just not fair!

    I just made a purchase online using PayPal, and when I tried to return an item in-store, they said I had to do it online instead. Can you believe they also wanted to charge me $5 to return a $17 item? It's crazy. I'm not shopping with them online anymore, that's for sure.

    I was at the store and let me tell you, the lady there was so rude! She looked at my resume and was like, "Ugh, not another one of these." Then she tried to be all fake nice and said they weren't hiring. Honestly, it was the worst experience out of all the stores I visited.

    Oh my goodness, like seriously, do not trust them at all!! They told me my order would arrive super quick but I ended up waiting for weeks and weeks, and it was all a big fat deception. I was so disappointed and like, I'm definitely not buying from there ever again.

    I grabbed some really cute dresses and tops from the store. The clothes fit nicely and looked great, but the customer service was just okay. I ordered online and had to wait forever to hear about my order status. When I finally gave them a call, they said it was ready and waiting. They didn't bother to reach out to me by phone or email. It seemed a bit shady to me, and I started to question if they really value their customers. I even double-checked that my contact info was right in their system, but that didn't seem to matter. Overall, the clothes were good, but they could definitely step up their service game.

    Coat online purchase

    I bought a coat online from this company and right after I finished paying, my credit card got hacked. I called my credit card company and they found out the unauthorized activity came from that online purchase. I tried to contact the company to let them know what happened, but I got no reply. It's been a month now and I still haven't heard from them. Ignoring me like this just goes to show they don't care about customer security or keeping people happy. So obviously, I won't be buying from them again.

    I went to the store to grab some new clothes and the salesgirl was so rude! She said, "Ew, your bag is wet" instead of offering to help me find something cute to wear. I usually have a good experience there with the other girls being super friendly, but she was just mean. They should really train her on customer service or they'll lose tons of business. I doubt I'll go back if she's there again.

    My recent online shopping experience with this retailer has been a huge letdown, eh. I ordered something back in December and it's been a mess since then. First off, there was no communication about where my order was at. I had to keep bugging them every week to find out what was going on, and only found out after 28 days that my order might be lost. Not cool, man. And now they want me to place a new order without even explaining or fixing what happened with my first one. It's just so confusing.

    What a bummer, eh? I dropped nearly a grand at your fancy online shop, only to find out all the dresses I snagged went on sale right after they arrived. So I figured I'd return the ones I paid full price for and grab the sale ones, but your staff was zero help and pretty darn rude about it. Felt like I was getting dissed just 'cause I shopped online. Can't believe the lack of service and those lousy policies, ya know?
