    Christmas gift of chocolates

    This shopping experience was beyond stressful. My daughter wanted to surprise me with a Christmas gift of chocolates, but it turned into a complete nightmare. To make things worse, we ended up with dark truffles as a replacement for the original order that was out of stock, even though I can't stand dark chocolate. Godiva claimed that this was not the case, but my daughter had an email clearly stating that the original item was out of stock and dark truffles were the substitute. When I called customer service to complain, they assured me that the original order had already been shipped. However, when I asked for an exchange upon receiving the truffles, I was told it wasn't an option. To top it all off, two weeks later, my daughter was told her payment hadn't gone through, despite trying multiple times. This left me paying for something I didn't even want in the first place. All in all, this was the absolute worst shopping experience I've gone through.

    Preordered PhoneSanitizer, waited forever

    I was super stoked to get my PhoneSanitizer, but man, it took forever to get here! I preordered it way back in April and was told it would ship in July, but they just kept delaying it. I reached out to them a bunch of times, and every time, they had some kind of excuse. Finally, they said it was on its way, but the tracking info was all messed up! My daughter ordered hers and got it within a week, but mine is still nowhere to be found. Not cool at all.

    Wide range of baby skincare products

    I recently stumbled upon this brand and I gotta say, I'm super impressed by their range of baby skincare products. The quality is top-notch and they've been a lifesaver for my baby's delicate skin. We started off with the all-over ointment and it worked so well that we had to go for the mega size. Since then, we've tried their creams, shampoos, oils, and washes, all of which have been amazing - except for the diaper cream. Fingers crossed they keep up their stellar customer service as they grow their brand. Big shoutout to Valarie for being so quick to respond and lend a hand!

    I picked up this super cute crop top and these really cool jeans the other day at the store. I love them so much! The crop top fits just right and the jeans are super comfy. I would definitely recommend them!

    I had a rough situation recently where I realized my wallet on the platform was mysteriously cleaned out of about 50 bucks. I tried to get some help, but all I got was a lame response from customer service, offering me coupons instead of actually helping with the loss. It really bummed me out and now I'm hesitant about using the platform again in the future.

    My purchase was super cool!

    I contacted the customer service team a few times with some ideas and issues I had about the website and app. The last problem I had was not receiving a reward after completing a challenge, but they fixed it really fast. They replied to my emails, and we had a bit of a back and forth, but in the end, everything got sorted out. It was great!

    Faulty iPad 10th generation combo keyboard case

    I bought this iPad 10th generation keyboard case combo, and man, it was such a letdown. When I tried to put it on my iPad, it didn't snap correctly on one side and the edges were all crooked. So, I reached out to customer service, and boy, they were slow in responding and tried to blame me for the problem. It took them forever to even admit there was an issue, ugh. The quality of the product was just awful, definitely not worth the money. I also looked at their reviews, and it seems like a lot of folks have had similar bad experiences.

    I bought some personalized checks from this company not too long ago. The checks themselves were pretty good quality, but I gotta say, I was kinda let down by the pricing stuff. At first, the price seemed alright, but then when I went to pay, they added on extra charges for handling and shipping that I wasn't expecting. I think those costs should have been upfront and clear right from the start. As a customer, I really appreciate it when companies are honest and upfront about pricing, so I felt a bit misled by how it all went down.

    They took away my VIP rewards points for a reservation I had to change, and now I can't get them back! Customer service is a total joke, I can't even reach someone who will actually listen. Such a waste of time, it just really ticks me off.

    Durable messenger bag

    I've had my trusty messenger bag for more than a year now, and it's been through a lot with me. I use it every day, packing it full with all my stuff. Unfortunately, the strap ended up breaking recently. I contacted customer service hoping to just get a new strap, but they went above and beyond and sent me a whole new bag. I was really impressed with their service and how they made sure I was happy. The bag itself is really good quality, holding up well even with me using it so much. I'd definitely recommend this messenger bag to anyone looking for something durable and reliable.
