Returns were messy at first

I wasn't thrilled — returns looked impossible on their site so I thought they'd be scammers. I told my brother to watch out. After pestering support (took ages) it finally got sorted, so now

Mid-call relief

Mid-call I realized it wasn't failing; needed a quick replacement after my old headset died and sore neck made switching urgent. It feels a bit light, but it lasted two long meetings—actually glad.

Too bulky, but decent sound
11 reviews
So these headsets are kinda bulky — way too big for my head, and I'm not some kid; I have a normal adult-sized head. The adjustable sliders barely helped, but the sound is actually decent, so I'm relieved. If possible, try them on first.

Mouse kept me guessing

I started using one two years ago and liked the feel at first, felt solid — after a year the scroll started sticking. Delivery was quick and packaging fine, but customer service just brushed me off; still, I kept using it.

I’m done ordering from them for now — product works but feels cheap and support is impossible to reach. I tried it last month, first impressions were okay but then parts failed. Useful sometimes, just not worth the hassle.

Return limbo

I sent the return a month ago. Their tracking shows they received it. Still no refund or clear update. I called, emailed and used chat. Same story. Delivery was fine — package arrived — but customer service dropped the ball on the refund. Keep your proof, ask for a timeline.

Quick delivery, slow decay

Started off fine — delivery was quick and packaging neat, but after about a year things just fell apart. Headphones stopped charging, random audio dropouts and the mouse paint peeled. Contacted support and got vague replies. Kinda disappointing; would check warranty first.

Express fee wasted, keyboard not terrible
27 reviews
Paid $15 for express because I needed it for uni, but it took four days, so yeah, not great. The keyboard itself surprised me - keys feel nicer than the price suggested and it’s quieter than my old one, which helped late-night studying, but I’m still annoyed about delivery though

Delivery was meh, support worse

bot that doesn't help, phone line busy and an automated message saying they're closed. Product works fine though, just annoying to get help when needed.

That awkward refund lesson

no parcel, no refund, and radio silence on phone and email. The moment I was oddly satisfied? When I realised I had screenshots and a story to warn folks. Annoying, messy, learned my lesson and wasted time and extra stress.

Small win for my home setup
9 reviews
Finally a decent buy for my home office — I use it every day for emails and quick editing. Delivery arrived earlier than expected and the support team actually answered me within a day, which was a relief. Keyboard has a tiny hiccup now and then (mid-afternoon lag), but overall it's solid and I’m glad I gave it a shot. Saves me desk clutter.

Skeptical but pleasantly surprised
1 reviews
I almost didn't buy these — figured they'd be weak on bass and glitchy with my phone. Turns out I was half-right, half-wrong. After two weeks of daily commutes, conference calls and background podcasting while cooking, the sound really grew on me, and the bass is okay with a small EQ tweak. The app is a bit clunky, yeah, but it's usable. Not perfect, but for daily use I'm pleasantly surprised.

Almost gave up
1 reviews
Halfway through the second week the tracking stopped updating and I started assuming the worst — I’d seen the keyboard on their site after a coworker recommended it and ordered the three-day delivery. Getting customer service was painful, then they finally said the item wouldn’t be delivered and I’d get a refund in 7 to 14 working days, and to reorder if I wanted. Felt like a scam at first, but the refund showed up in five days and they added a small credit, so I relaxed.

The night it finally worked

one device control, fewer remotes on the coffee table. If you're picky about instant perfection, don't bother; but if you can tolerate a bit of trial and error, stick with it — it can pay off.

Helped my wrist, let down by lifespan
8 reviews
Overall, it did what I bought it for — eased my wrist pain — but the lifespan surprised me in a bad way. I needed an ergonomic mouse after years of wrist strain and a cheap knock-off that failed, so I splurged on the MX Vertical in June 2022. It worked great ergonomically, quiet and comfortable, and honestly I was relieved. Then, after about two years of light home office use, the left button started double-clicking. I sent proof, photos and the invoice to Logitech support; warranty had just lapsed and they wouldn’t help. So useful while it lasted, but the reliability and service fell short.

Birthday scramble, almost fixed
7 reviews
Weird day — I was all set to surprise my partner for their birthday and needed that RS50 wheelbase for the sim rig because my lower back's been acting up and the right setup helps a lot. I ordered the wheelbase, pedals and rim on a Monday, and only the hub and rim turned up. UPS showed three parcels in Eindhoven but two went back to Logitech for "reasons". Annoying, right? After a tense call I put in a refund claim. Customer service wasn’t great at first — radio silence for a bit — but when I finally got through they were polite and started the refund, which calmed me down. Still stressful waiting on about £700, but at least it’s moving forward. I’d give them another shot, just keeping a closer eye on tracking next time.

Support bot blocked my warranty
2 reviews
the support AI prevented me from getting a warranty replacement and left me stuck with a dead G502 X. I bought it from Amazon mid-January and the battery simply stopped charging after a few months. I tried the online help and it turned quickly into a loop — the bot kept asking obvious stuff like "have you tried charging it?" and then pushed me to download diagnostic software. That download link didn't exist. I told the bot the URL was broken, it ignored that, kept prompting me to install the tool, and eventually flagged me as unresponsive and cut off the chat. No phone number, no email, no way to reach a human to appeal. I've had worse gear fail before but other companies at least let you talk to a person, so this felt unnecessarily petty. There are multiple posts on social media saying the same thing, so it doesn't look like an isolated glitch. I get that companies try to automate, but when the automation is a one-way flowchart that stops real fixes, it's just bad design. Mildly annoyed, still hoping they change the process so people can actually use their warranty.

Not what I needed, at first
11 reviews
first I was told I wasn’t even allowed to open a support ticket, then every time I did get through I got bounced around and had to repeat the same info. They even said I was past the 30-day return window after only four days — come on. It took an hour to get a shipping label, which other places handle in a couple minutes. Still, the moment I actually saw the return confirmation and the refund notice hit my inbox, I relaxed. Felt a bit vindicated — yeah, it shouldn’t have been that hard, but at least it ended OK.

Half the kit, full headache
10 reviews
I’d cleared a weekend to set up a new sim rig and only got half of it. Their site showed everything “in stock,” but only the wheel arrived — the pedals aren’t shipping until Q4, which they quietly admit elsewhere. The wheel itself was actually nicer than I expected, solid feel, which was a surprise, so that made the missing pedals sting even more. They marked my whole order as shipped, UPS only scanned one box, and customer support gave me scripted replies, cut chats short and were flat-out rude when I asked to cancel or get a refund. My main reason for ordering was that I’m rehabbing a bad back and needed a low-impact way to train; timing mattered. I ended up chasing every update myself and only found out through their tracking portal that the order was “returned to sender” — no email, no heads-up from them or UPS. So yeah, decent hardware in hand but terrible communication and service, and I’m still out money and time while waiting for the rest.
