T-CJ12 TrackMan Marble FX replacement
So, I just had to replace my fave T-CJ12 TrackMan Marble FX trackball after a solid 10 years of use because the old school PS/2 plug wasn't jiving with my new laptop. I attempted to convert it to USB, but no dice. That trackball was seriously the most comfy one I've ever laid my hands on.
Pebble 2 Combo (Mouse & Keyboard)
I just got myself a Pebble 2 Combo and to be honest, I'm kinda let down. The quality of this product doesn't seem as top-notch as it once was. The plastic feels a bit cheap and fragile compared to their older stuff. It does the job fine, but I was hoping for more from a brand I used to really like. I've bought cheaper things that are just as good, which is a bit disappointing. I always thought Logitech products were the best, but now I'm not so sure about that.
Online order issues
OMG, so I was totally trying to order some stuff online, right? And the website was just like, "nope, not happening!". It was seriously the worst shopping experience ever, I swear. I live up in Northern Ireland, and when I typed in my postcode, the shopping cart just went all crazy with these strange payment errors. So then I called up customer service, and you know what they told me? They straight up said they don't ship to Northern Ireland because of Brexit! Like, what even? There's no law from Brexit that says they can't ship here! They messed up ages ago, won't own up to it, won't fix it, and won't even let people know about it. It's just so pathetic! Like, just go and buy stuff from other companies that aren't a bunch of jerks. It's so embarrassing, honestly!
New mouse replacement struggle
Man, I've been trying to figure out which new mouse to get forever now. I keep asking customer service, but it's like they don't even understand my question! Every time I talk to someone different, it's like I'm talking to a wall or something. It's starting to really bug me. Ugh. Why can't they just recommend a mouse for me?
Trackmanmarble mouse purchase
I bought a new Trackmanmarble mouse to replace my old one that finally gave out on me. I've been using this model for a long time and I've always loved how it works and how comfortable it is. But, I gotta say, I was super let down with the customer support when I ran into a problem with the new mouse. When I reached out for help, they first sent me to the sales team and tried to give me links to some magazines that had nothing to do with my issue. I even tried to speak in German since the company is in Switzerland, but I still couldn't get a real person on the line or any actual help. Not gonna lie, this lack of customer service really ticked me off, and it made me feel like they didn't care at all about my experience.
Expensive Squeezebox Radios
I just found out that my two Squeezebox internet radios are almost useless now. It looks like the company turned off their music server. I bought these radios for a pretty penny a few years back, and they still work perfectly fine. It's a shame the company didn't consider sustainable options for us customers who put money into their products. They could have offered a solution instead of pushing us to buy new radios. This whole situation has me thinking twice about buying from them again.
Keyboard purchase
I decided to buy a keyboard from them with next day shipping, but it took 2 whole months to arrive! There were delays and I couldn't even contact customer service for an update. When it finally got here, I got a wrong dispatch info email. Most of their products are awesome, but never ordering from them again!
Gaming mouse G502X
I got this really cool gaming mouse last year, but then the clicker started acting all wonky. I reached out to their customer service and they got back to me pretty fast, just took a day. They were super nice and understanding, and ended up sending me a brand new mouse to replace the broken one. All in all, I'm really pleased with their service and the quality of the product, so I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
Defective item, difficult replacement process
Honestly, the customer service was terrible. The item I got was messed up, and instead of making it easy for me to return and get a new one, they made it so difficult. And now, after all that hassle, it's taking forever to get the replacement. It's so frustrating and I really thought they would do better, especially since they claim to have high-quality products.
Software issue
I had a problem with the software on my product and I contacted customer service for help. I am really not happy with how the company has been handling my issue. My ticket has been open for almost two months now, and I have had to repeat the same information many times with no solution in sight. It's frustrating to see no progress even after getting a higher-up involved. This whole situation has been a letdown and I would advise others to steer clear of this brand's customer service.
Online purchase of a gaming mouse
I bought a gaming mouse online not too long ago, eh. But you know what, the customer service totally sucked, eh. I sent back the mouse over two months ago, got confirmation that they got it, but still no refund, eh. I've been emailing them over and over, and they keep passing it to different people with no answers, eh. Honestly, the service at this company is the worst, I wouldn't suggest anyone buy from them, eh.
Faulty iPad 10th generation combo keyboard case
I bought this iPad 10th generation keyboard case combo, and man, it was such a letdown. When I tried to put it on my iPad, it didn't snap correctly on one side and the edges were all crooked. So, I reached out to customer service, and boy, they were slow in responding and tried to blame me for the problem. It took them forever to even admit there was an issue, ugh. The quality of the product was just awful, definitely not worth the money. I also looked at their reviews, and it seems like a lot of folks have had similar bad experiences.
Keyboard and mouse purchase
Had a really bad experience with customer service. I ordered a keyboard and mouse thinking I'd get a free stand with it, but didn't see it in my confirmation email. When I reached out to them, they told me I added the items to my basket wrong and needed to place a new order. They promised to cancel the first order, but they didn't follow through. Ended up getting both items and getting charged twice. Took a lot of back and forth emails to finally get return labels, and even though they got the stuff back over two weeks ago, I still haven't gotten my money back. And to make matters worse, the keyboard stopped working after only 3 days. Been dealing with the tech team for almost a week now, getting the same troubleshooting steps in repetitive emails.
Gaming Mouse
Man, I'm really let down by the service I got from this company. I wanted to get a gaming mouse for my son's birthday and thought with express delivery, it would come on time. But after waiting two days past the delivery date, turns out the package is still up in the air. The lack of info and transparency from them is so annoying and not cool. Seems like they care more about money than actually helping customers.
iPad Cover Purchase
I bought an iPad cover and it turned out to be a real let down. The keys started falling out pretty quickly and it was a pain trying to get them back in place. The connection between the keyboard and cover wasn't as strong as I thought it would be, so I had to keep readjusting it. And to top it off, the cover stopped working altogether after only two years. Needless to say, I was not impressed and I won't be buying from this brand again. The price was definitely too high for the quality I received.
Warranty honored for faulty item
Logitech has always had my back when I've had problems with their stuff. Just the other day, my speaker cable was acting wonky, and even though they were out of warranty, Logitech hooked me up with a replacement. And don't even get me started on my gaming keyboard - 10 years and still going strong, no problems at all.
Recent purchase experience
So, I had a pretty bad time dealing with customer support recently. At first, they kinda helped with my warranty question, but then it all went downhill. They kept transferring me to different teams without actually helping me with my warranty claim. I tried reaching out through different ways, like talking to the bot and sending emails to customer support, but I didn't get any help or updates. This whole ordeal was super frustrating and now I don't really want to buy anything from this brand again.
Faulty headset replacement process
I'm so frustrated with the customer service I've been getting lately. I've been trying to get a new headset for 9 months now, creating 6 tickets along the way. It's been such a hassle, and it feels like it's never going to end. I used to be able to email them, but now I can't find that option anywhere. Every time I call, they just pass me around between UPS and customer service with no solution in sight. Even the chat feature doesn't help, my messages just seem to go unnoticed.
