I've been a regular at this store for a while now, but lately I've been let down. The vintage clothes I bought weren't as good as usual. And when I tried to return something, the customer service was not great and didn't help much. It used to be so easy to return things, now it's just way too complicated.

So I had to take my laptop in for some repairs because water got into it and messed up the display a bit. It was still working, but the screen wasn't looking so great. Ended up forking over a whopping 560€ for the fix, plus another 40€ for shipping. Couldn't believe how expensive it was compared to what I paid for the laptop originally. And then to top it off, got an email 10 days later saying I forgot to confirm the repair, so it's been taking even longer to get my laptop back. I use my laptop a lot for work, so going without it for 3 weeks and counting has been super annoying. Definitely the worst customer service experience I've had.

I decided to buy a keyboard from them with next day shipping, but it took 2 whole months to arrive! There were delays and I couldn't even contact customer service for an update. When it finally got here, I got a wrong dispatch info email. Most of their products are awesome, but never ordering from them again!

I recently bought a whole England kit from this company on March 21st. I'm kinda bummed because all I got so far are just the socks. Their customer service is really disappointing, they don't seem to care about fixing the problem. It's annoying that they always say the manager is in meetings and can't talk. I wouldn't suggest getting anything from this company, I even complained to the England head office about my experience.

I recently booked a bus and boat cruise through a third-party website that offered a unique way to travel. The bus ride was great and I would suggest it to others, but I had a big problem with the boat part of the trip. Unlike other places I've been to, there wasn't clear directions on where to get on the boat. Because of that, my friends and I missed the boat and lost the money we spent on it. It was really frustrating and disappointing, and I hope they fix it for future travelers.

As a dad just trying to make sure my kids have good internet for their school work at home, I bought a new mesh WiFi system, switch, and cable modem with the top cable internet. Even though I set it all up nice and proper, our internet was dropping all the time and the cable company said it wasn't on them. So, I started looking into some software fixes and found this really fancy one. This software is pretty amazing, but since I'm not a tech expert, it was all a bit much and I felt totally confused. Luckily, the company that made the software was super helpful and gave top-notch support.

I picked up this charger stand and it's amazing! It's so much better and cheaper than the one Apple recommends. I've bought a few things from them and they've all been fantastic. Sometimes I find it more convenient to get their stuff on Amazon because it's cheaper and ships quicker. Really awesome stuff!

I ordered some makeup online and guess what? The delivery never showed up. I didn't get my order and the company didn't even bother to let me know what's going on when I reached out. It's just not cool to take my money and leave me with nothing. Now I'm stuck with nothing to show for it and no sign of a refund. I'm feeling let down and super annoyed with how they're handling things.

I bought a couple of T-shirts from this shop when I was in Orlando not too long ago. Even though they were pretty expensive, I was really let down by how they turned out. After just a few times through the wash, the color started fading, the collars got all wonky, and overall, the shirts looked cheap and poorly made. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on these disappointing products, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone searching for clothes that will last.

I gotta admit, I was kinda nervous to give Vestiaire Collective a shot after hearing some not-so-great reviews. But you know what? My time on the platform has actually been pretty good. I've bought a few things and they all showed up in awesome shape, some even better than I thought they'd be. The prices can be a bit steep sometimes, but with a little digging, I've found some real hidden gems.
