Refund Process
I recently had a bad experience with getting a refund for something I bought online. I asked for a refund and they told me it was being processed at first. But after waiting 2 weeks and not seeing the money in my bank account, I called my bank to check. Turns out, there was no refund from the company at all.
Got a navy polo yesterday
I got this navy shirt yesterday and when I tried to return it today, the staff said they don't do refunds. I'm super upset because nobody told me that when I bought it. They really need to do better and give more info to customers.
My polo shirts don't last
I bought, like, a ton of Lacoste polo shirts and they all turned out to be a huge disappointment. At first, they looked really cool but after just a few washes, they shrunk and ended up looking terrible. They didn't hold up well at all, such a letdown. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying them, not worth it at all.
My order of cool clothes
So, I ordered these really cool clothes from this store, eh? The website said it would take 10-14 days to get my stuff, but on day 10, I still didn't even have shipping info! So I called their customer service and they were all like, "Oh, it takes 10-14 days just to get the package ready to ship." Like, what? Why not just tell us the real shipping time then? This was the worst customer service experience, eh! I've ordered stuff from here before, but this time was just terrible. So, if you order from here, expect to wait for like over 3 weeks to get your order. Ugh!
Large order with discount
I just made a big order at the store and got a huge discount. I was kinda skeptical if I'd actually get everything I ordered because the deal seemed too good to be true. But guess what? The order came on time and everything was in perfect shape. The clothes and shoes are really high-quality, and I know I'll be wearing them for a long time. I'm super impressed with the stuff and service from this store.
Various clothing items and fragrances
I've bought lots of clothes and perfumes from this store over the years and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good the quality is. The sweatshirts, tees, and fragrances I've gotten have all held up really well, even after wearing and washing them a bunch of times. The stuff is durable and lasts a long time, which is awesome, especially for the price. And the customer service, whether in-store or online, has always been top-notch, making sure I have a good shopping experience. I'll for sure keep coming back and recommend this store to my friends.
Online order
Even though I was a bit worried hearing all those negative reviews, I took a chance and placed an order online. To my surprise, the delivery showed up at my door super quick, just 5 days after I ordered. Impressive, right? But let me tell ya, the returns process was a bit of a pain in the butt. I had to go online to ask for a label, which was tricky since I got a bunch of emails from DHL with no labels. After a chat with customer service, they fixed things up fast and sent me a label by email. Once I sent the stuff back, I could keep an eye on the package all the way to France. Lacoste let me know they got the items back, refunded me quick, and all was good. So, even with a little hassle returning stuff, overall, my experience was a good one.
Fast delivery, easy return process, great communication
I just bought something online and it came super fast, which was awesome. But when I got it, it was the wrong size. So, I reached out to customer service to start a return and they were really helpful. They processed the refund really quickly too. The communication was on point the whole time, and I liked getting updates on where things were at with my return and refund.

I just bought a polo shirt at the store and I must say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. The person who helped me out, even though I didn't catch their name, was super professional and nice. Pullover purchase
I bought a pullover from the store not too long ago. The website was really easy to use and paying for it was a breeze. I liked getting updates about my order. It arrived quickly, but the pullover was too big, bigger than I thought. Sending it back was a piece of cake and super simple. In the end, I was happy with the store's service.
Hoodie with no tags and stretched material
So, I ordered a hoodie online, and when it arrived, there were no tags on it! Can you believe that? Also, the material was all worn out and stretched in some places, making it look really strange and impossible to wear. I attempted to return it, but they refused! That's just not right. And when I tried to reach out to someone to discuss it, they were so rude and didn't even bother responding. Ugh, such a scam, seriously.
New shirt
I was really cheesed off with their service at first, eh! They were totally dodging my concerns, like I was stuck in a maze or something. Can you even believe that, eh? But then I was like, nah, that's not right! So I shot an email off to the big shots to file a complaint. And you know what? They actually paid attention! This dude named Felix, the Customer Service Supervisor, swooped in like a hero and straightened everything out. Now I'm feeling all cozy and content. Way to go, Lacoste, eh!
Crocodile logo polo shirt
The polo shirt I bought this time wasn't as good as the ones I got before from this store. It felt like cheap material and the stitching wasn't that great. The shirt just didn't look or feel as good as I was hoping for.
T-shirts
I bought a couple of T-shirts from this shop when I was in Orlando not too long ago. Even though they were pretty expensive, I was really let down by how they turned out. After just a few times through the wash, the color started fading, the collars got all wonky, and overall, the shirts looked cheap and poorly made. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on these disappointing products, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone searching for clothes that will last.

The online chat was no help at all, kept me waiting forever just to say they couldn't fix my problem right then and would email me later. But guess what? Still no email about my refund! On the bright side, another brand's customer service was way better. They were quick and on the ball with all my questions and refunds.

I just had the best experience talking to this customer service rep named Tierney. She was amazing and helped me find my order with no problems at all. Her communication was on point and made everything super easy. Huge shoutout to Tierney for going the extra mile to make sure I had a great shopping experience!

I've been buying these shoes for more than 8 years now, and let me tell you, they're definitely worth the investment. The quality and durability of these shoes are top-notch - they still look brand new from the day I first put them on. The premium quality is beyond compare, and I have no doubt they'll last me a lifetime. Hats off to the brand for creating such outstanding footwear.
Black polo shirt purchase
So, I got this new black polo shirt from the store and things went pretty well, for the most part. I ordered it on a Tuesday and got an email saying it was shipped the next Monday. It showed up on Wednesday, all nicely wrapped up. But, there was a problem with the sizing - it was a bit tight. I emailed customer service to ask about returning it, but never heard back from them. Kind of a bummer that they didn't get back to me. Now I'm not sure if I want to go through the hassle of returning it if they won't communicate with me.
