I picked up this really awesome body armor from this store and it took a while to arrive, but it was totally worth the wait because now I feel like a superhero! It's super comfy and fits me like a glove. I feel really secure when I wear it and I'm all set to face whatever comes my way!

Coat purchase, slow delivery
I recently bought a coat online and boy, was I ever let down by how slow the delivery was! It took more than two weeks for that coat to show up, which, in my opinion, is totally unacceptable. And to top it off, when I decided to return it because of the delay, I ran into even more problems. I sent a bunch of emails using their online form, but guess what? Not a single response about my refund. On top of that, I couldn't even get through on the phone number they provided. This lack of communication and terrible customer service is just not okay. I'm gonna start warning everyone I know about the terrible experience I had with this company on every platform I can find.

Leggings and Tank Top Set
I gotta be honest, I wasn't happy with the stuff I got from NUX. I saw this really cute leggings and tank top set online and ordered it, but when it came, I was pretty let down. The quality was not great at all, the leggings felt cheap and the tank top seemed like it wouldn't hold up after a couple washes. On top of that, the sizes were way off - the leggings were way too tight and the top was too big. It just felt like a waste of money and I wish I hadn't bought anything from this brand.

Train booking change
The customer service experience I had with omio was so great. I had to change my train booking and got an email from this nice person named Uta. They were so helpful and friendly, you could tell it wasn't just some robot writing to me. Booking stuff online can be a bit overwhelming, especially changing things, but Uta's email really calmed me down. They explained everything clearly and made me feel taken care of. I really liked that personal touch, it made me feel like a valued customer. I think more companies should see how important good customer service is to the whole experience.
