    I was really itching for a cool t shirt but I was hesitant it wouldn't arrive on time. I placed my order and then made the mistake of reading the reviews afterward. To my pleasant surprise, it actually arrived earlier than I thought and it fits like a glove! I didn't even have to contact customer service, the whole process was a breeze. I'm up here in Canada, so I wonder if that changes things for other folks writing reviews?

    I recently bought a coat online and boy, was I ever let down by how slow the delivery was! It took more than two weeks for that coat to show up, which, in my opinion, is totally unacceptable. And to top it off, when I decided to return it because of the delay, I ran into even more problems. I sent a bunch of emails using their online form, but guess what? Not a single response about my refund. On top of that, I couldn't even get through on the phone number they provided. This lack of communication and terrible customer service is just not okay. I'm gonna start warning everyone I know about the terrible experience I had with this company on every platform I can find.

    Oh man, what a total rip-off! I tried reaching out to them so many times, sent emails and even slid into their DMs on Instagram. But did I hear back from them at all? Not a peep. They just went ahead and took my money, canceled my order, and left me hanging without even a heads up or a refund. It's ridiculous. Thank goodness I paid through Paypal, they're getting involved now to help me sort this disaster out. Their customer service is a complete joke, and let's not even talk about the crappy quality of their products.

    Misdirected order, terrible service

    Oh boy, what a disaster! I ordered some clothes and guess what? They got sent to the wrong address all because of some mix-up with PayPal. So, I reached out to customer service for some help and you won't believe what happened - they wouldn't own up to their mistake and actually had the guts to hang up on me! I am so let down by their lack of accountability and you can bet I won't be spending my money there again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this whole mess of a company!

    I bought something online and it was a total disaster. The customer service was just awful. When I sent back what I bought, I didn't even get all my money back. It looks like they have no idea what they're doing with shipping and stuff. Trying to contact them was a nightmare - I either got automated responses or no response at all to my emails. There's no phone number to reach a real person. I used to like this brand, but now I'm totally put off. I'm never buying from them again.

    I recently bought something from this company, and sadly, they forgot to include one thing in my package. So, I reached out to their customer service, and they asked for photos of the item right out of the box. I didn't take any photos before unboxing, so that was a tough request to fulfill.     Shorts with broken seam

    I was kinda on the fence about buying something because of some bad reviews, but I took a chance. I got a pair of shorts that ended up having a broken seam after just one wear. I got in touch with customer service, and they were super quick and nice about fixing the issue. They said they'd send me a new pair for free, and the whole process was really friendly and fast.     So, I ordered these really awesome pants and I was pumped for them to arrive. But man, they took forever to get here, like seriously forever. And to top it off, I didn't even get a tracking number so I had no clue where my package was. And then when they finally showed up, they didn't even fit right so I had to send them back.     After reading all those bad reviews from customers who’ve bought from this company before, I’ve decided to hold off on making my purchase. It’s pretty discouraging to see so many folks unhappy with their orders, especially when I was really looking forward to backing this brand and getting a great product. The general agreement on lousy service and lack of communication from the company has turned me off from buying anything from them in the future. It’s a bummer to see my excitement squashed by the negative feedback from others who’ve had not-so-great experiences.

    Eh, so I was a customer at the store, and let me tell ya, I was bummed out with how slow the delivery was and how the customer service was MIA.     I bought something online not too long ago and I gotta say, the processing and delivery time was a real bummer. So I got this email confirming my order and it said it would arrive in 2-3 business days. I was cool with waiting, but it's been a whole 10 days now and no package in sight. I emailed them to ask what's up, but all I got back was a generic response with the same delivery timeframe.     Black Hoodie Purchase

    I bought a black hoodie from this company not too long ago, but I never actually got my hands on it. I tried reaching out to them by email to sort things out, but they weren't very cooperative. Apparently, I missed their crazy one-month deadline for reporting missing packages, so they wouldn't give me a refund or send a replacement item. I'm so let down by their terrible lack of customer service and honesty. They pretty much took my money and left me with nothing to show for it.     I bought some Christmas presents at the end of November, but one item didn't fit my friend. I tried to exchange it for a different size on December 21st, but the customer service said it wasn't possible. They suggested I buy the item again instead. I was really disappointed with this response, felt like I was getting bad service. I know there's a 30-day return policy, but at Christmas time, it's important to get things quickly so they arrive before the holiday. My first order was super late and ended up at the wrong address, which was a huge pain because I had to go to extra lengths to find it. Then, to top it off, my second order was delayed again, and the proof of delivery didn't even show that it was received. When I reached out to complain, the response was not helpful at all, and there was even a link that didn't work so I couldn't follow up.     I'm sorry to say, but I've had a really disappointing experience with the customer service here. I got in touch over six weeks ago because the two items I bought were not up to scratch, but I didn't hear back for a whole month. When I finally did get an automated email telling me to call their customer service line or reply to the email for help, I did exactly that, but nothing happened. The fact that there's been no communication or resolution on this issue has really frustrated me and left me feeling unsatisfied with the service from this company.

    Two separate orders

    So, I ordered a couple things from this store recently, and wow, it was a total nightmare. I've been a customer for like 20 years, but after this mess, I don't know if I can keep supporting them. The trouble started when the stuff I bought didn't fit right, and since I'm an RVCA insider, I should've gotten free shipping and returns - but randomly they decided to tack on a $7.00 handling fee for returns without telling anyone. When I asked if they could at least bundle the shipping to save me some cash, they said a hard no. Zero compassion, no understanding, just all about the money. And get this - they even admitted they just changed the rules without warning, shady much? I was so annoyed and let down by their lack of care for customers. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.
