I was kinda on the fence about buying something because of some bad reviews, but I took a chance. I got a pair of shorts that ended up having a broken seam after just one wear. I got in touch with customer service, and they were super quick and nice about fixing the issue. They said they'd send me a new pair for free, and the whole process was really friendly and fast. I was actually really happy with how they handled everything.
