I've been waiting for customer support for over a month now and still haven't received a proper response. It's terrible service!

Then, a few weeks later, the main unit started making noise too, so I had to ask for another replacement. The return label they gave me had the wrong address, so the item ended up going to the wrong person. All in all, I was really let down by the product and the customer service.

I ordered a bunch of awesome stuff for my son for Easter, but it never arrived! I'm super upset and frustrated that I wasted my money and now my son won't have anything fun for Easter. I should have checked the reviews before buying from this place. Life's unfair! 😡😭

Eh, so I took this online course, eh? It was pretty well-organized and the lessons were actually informative and helpful, you know? But then they go and update the app, and, what do you know, increase the fees! Now they're chargin' us even for just doin' the regular old assignments, eh? Like, before this update, you'd only get dinged for fees if you wanted extra stuff or to do an assessment early, you know what I'm sayin'?

In general, my experience with choosing and getting my meals on time was good. The food was top-notch, and I liked how easy it was to have nutritious, ready-made meals. However, I ran into a problem when I went out of town and wanted to cancel my meals for that period. Even though I tried to cancel them, I got a message saying the meals were coming and I got charged for them. It was annoying that it wasn't simpler to cancel meals, and I hope they can make this process better in the future.

I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a mask for my kid thinking it was in stock, and they told me it would ship that same day. I even paid extra for two-day shipping, but my order didn't show up until over two weeks later. I sent them multiple emails asking about my order, but got no replies. When I asked for a refund and to cancel my order, they went ahead and shipped it without asking me. I even tried messaging them on Instagram, and they said they would refund me, but they never did. Now I'm planning to report them to the BBB because of how unprofessional they have been.

So listen, I snagged this jacket and just a week later, the pocket straight up got a massive hole in it! Can you believe that? I only kept my phone in there and now it's wrecked. Nope, never shopping at that place again, you guys are the worst.

I recently bought a screen protector for my phone from the local phone store, but it didn't work well. I contacted Zagg because they have a lifetime warranty, but dealing with them has been a letdown. It took months to get a replacement, and when I finally got it, it was not good quality and nothing like the original one. Their customer service wasn't great either - long waits and unhelpful responses. To top it off, they don't even have a replacement for my phone model anymore because it's not popular. So now I'm stuck without a working screen protector and feeling frustrated and out of money thanks to Zagg.

I bought tires at Canadian Tire the other day and wasn't happy with the service. The supervisor at the South Common store told me to get new tires installed at a car dealership, which I didn't think was right. I go to Canadian Tire because of their helpful staff, but this time they let me down.
