Online order
I ordered some stuff online and was expecting it on Friday, but it still hasn't arrived! No email or anything. Checked the shipping page and apparently Brexit caused the delay, but no one mentioned that to me earlier. It feels like it's been forever and I have no idea when it will show up. Tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help at all!
Non-existent customer service
The products seem great, but the customer service on the website is terrible. I've been waiting for a refund for 2 months now because my order never came. Can you believe they haven't even replied to me after 5 complaints? I won't be buying from them again, even though their clothes are pretty nice.
Large order with return
I ordered a bunch of stuff back in early September and had to return one item. But ever since I started the return process, the company has been seriously lacking in communication. I've been waiting for a return label for over two months now, even though they said they sent it. I've sent tons of emails asking about my return, but haven't heard back at all. It's really frustrating to deal with such bad customer service and no follow-through. I'm definitely going to be shopping somewhere else from now on.
Online purchase experience
This online store is a total mess. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone who doesn't want to waste their time and money. My order came missing some items and there was no return label in the package. When I tried to contact their customer service, it was like talking to a wall. I sent a bunch of emails through their site asking for a return label, and they only replied to one. Not only did they ignore my problem completely, but their response didn't even make sense. And the cherry on top, they want you to pay for the return shipping. Can you believe a company with this kind of reputation would give such terrible service?

I ordered a bunch of stuff from this website and just got one thing! I tried reaching out through their site, but couldn't find a way. I even called customer service, but got stuck with a dumb voicemail. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still missing items with no refund. Do not recommend shopping here! They take your money and leave you hanging. Total scam!
Online shopping experience
Oh man, I had such a horrible time with this online store. It's crazy to think that a big company like them could have such a messed up website. I tried to cancel my order as soon as I placed it, but their system just wouldn't let me. And to make things worse, the site was full of errors and glitches. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were pretty useless. They either ignored me or gave me info that didn't help at all. It was like they couldn't care less about my problem or my money. And don't even get me started on trying to return something. I had to bug them over and over to even look into it, even though the tracking said it was delivered weeks ago. It was a total mess. And the sad thing is, I had the same awful experience on all their websites - like Billabong, Quiksilver, and DC.
My return ignored
It's been two weeks and still no word about my return! Customer service is just awful, don't they care about us at all? I feel completely ignored and it's so frustrating.
Online purchase experience
I just tried to buy something online and had such a frustrating experience on the website. Even though I put in my right address, the system kept saying it was wrong and offered up totally random ones instead. When I called customer service, they switched me to a rep who only spoke English and said the person who spoke Italian was busy before hanging up on me. So in the end, I had to give up and buy the item from a different website to save myself from more headaches.

I've ordered from this place a few times now and I gotta say, it's so nice to not have to stress about anything going wrong. These guys are really good at what they do, just the way I like it!
Ordered something 3 weeks ago, still haven't gotten it
I ordered something 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received it! I tried calling customer service, but no one picked up, and they haven't responded to my emails either. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my order.
Ordered online, didn't receive my item
I ordered something online, but it never showed up. I kept waiting and waiting, but it never arrived. So I emailed them to ask what happened, and they took forever to get back to me. They said the shipment got canceled and sent back to the sender for some reason. And now I'm still waiting for my money back! This has been the absolute worst online shopping experience!
Good clothes but bad return policy
I bought some really nice clothes from that store a little while ago and everything was good until I tried to return something. They say on their website that returning stuff is easy and they'll cover the shipping costs, but when I tried to do it online, the label they sent me didn't work. I emailed them to get it fixed, but all they did was send me their return policy. They never responded to my other emails! It seems like all they care about is selling things and not giving refunds. I won't be shopping there again, they're scammers for sure.
