    Tactical knife purchase

    I just bought this sick tactical knife from SOG and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how well it's made. It feels solid and tough when I hold it, and the blade is sharp as heck. You can totally tell that they put a lot of effort and skill into making this bad boy. It's gonna be a must-have for all us outdoor lovers. I'm already thinking about getting more stuff from these guys in the future.

    This online store is a total mess. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone who doesn't want to waste their time and money. My order came missing some items and there was no return label in the package. When I tried to contact their customer service, it was like talking to a wall. I sent a bunch of emails through their site asking for a return label, and they only replied to one. Not only did they ignore my problem completely, but their response didn't even make sense. And the cherry on top, they want you to pay for the return shipping. Can you believe a company with this kind of reputation would give such terrible service?

    I've been using this rewards program for over a year now and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. Just the other day, I goofed up and sent money to the wrong account. I contacted customer service right away, and they fixed everything super quickly, no fuss at all. Their service is top-notch, and I really appreciate how they went above and beyond to assist me when I needed it.

    So, I ordered a bunch of cool stuff, eh? But when I got the package, one of the items was missing, eh? I was so bummed 'cause I paid for everything, you know? I was like, where is it, eh? So I contacted them and they were all like, "Oh, you have to wait a week or more to get it." Um, excuse me, but I paid for shipping and handling to get ALL my stuff by a certain date, not to wait around for one missing item, eh? Ugh, they made a mistake and now I have to wait even longer, eh? It's so not fair, eh? But like, I still gave them two stars because I do like the stuff I got, just not the service, you know?

    As a customer at Camping World, eh, I recently bought some RV accessories for my upcoming camping trip. The whole ordering process went super smoothly, no problems at all, eh. The customer service I got was outstanding - the staff were really helpful and knew their stuff when it came to picking out the right gear for me. The prices were fair and competitive with other stores, eh. My order arrived quickly and in good shape, right on time. Overall, I had a great time shopping at Camping World and would for sure recommend it to other camping fans, eh.

    Online order of two shoes

    I was a bit hesitant about ordering online, especially after reading a few bad reviews. But when I couldn't find the shoes I wanted at the Mississauga store, I thought I'd take a chance. Luckily, my order came quickly on Tuesday after I bought it on Saturday. I was really happy with how smoothly everything went. I hope all my future orders are just as good. The staff in the store were super nice and helpful, which made my whole shopping trip awesome.

    I just wanted to share that I made an order with this company not long ago. Sadly, even though the tracking said my package was delivered, I never actually got it. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, but it was honestly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The reps were no help at all, wouldn't give me their names, and wouldn't let me speak to a manager. I was so shocked I started recording our talks just to have proof of how poorly I was treated. This whole thing has really let me down, and I won't be buying from them again.
