To top it off, the item I bought went on sale for 20% off the day after I bought it. If I had known it would take that long to ship, I would've waited for the discount. Not cool, eh? The lack of communication and delayed responses from their customer service team just made things worse. I totally regret ordering from this company and won't do it again. Gonna have to really inspect that item when it finally comes, maybe even do a chargeback if it's not good. Better check out their return policy too, seems like it could be a headache. Sucks that I might have to give this item as a gift, I don't really wanna support a company that gave me such a bad time, you know?
