    Oh man, you won't believe what happened. I bought these PJ pants from O*ots, and it was a complete disaster. As soon as I put them on, the "R" in the brand name came off! Can you imagine? Now I'm stuck with pants that only say "Oots" on them, ugh. And on top of that, they were so expensive - $70 CAD! I am never shopping there again, seriously. Their stuff used to be great quality, but now it's just not worth it. I'm so disappointed!

    Favorite leather jackets, footwear, activewear

    As a loyal customer of the brand, I've always been amazed by the top-notch quality, style, attention to detail, and comfort of their products. The leather jackets, footwear, and activewear have never disappointed me and have lasted me for years on end. Sure, the prices may be a bit steep, but the durability and longevity of their items truly make it worth every penny. Unfortunately, today I have to bid farewell to a beloved pair of boots that have been by my side for over 15 years. I'll definitely be on the lookout for another amazing product from the brand to replace them. Thanks for consistently delivering such high-quality products!

    Multiple curbside pick up orders

    I had a bad experience with a salesperson at a store recently. They were not happy that I had ordered multiple curbside pickups. They even said that if I kept doing it, I wouldn't be allowed to pick up there anymore. It really sucked feeling unwelcome. It's too bad they didn't care about keeping me as a customer. I'll be looking at other places to shop from now on, ones that care more about their customers.

    Oh my gosh, I bought these sweatpants and they were seriously awful. The size was way off, I got a Large and it was like wearing a tent. They looked terrible both in the back and front, like they were made for an alien or something. And when I tried to return them, they were like, "nope, you gotta pay for shipping." UGH.

    I'm really bummed that the store doesn't offer Sezzle anymore for those interest-free payments. I can't bring myself to fork over a big chunk of change all at once. I try to shop local and support Canadian businesses, but not when it's gonna cost me an arm and a leg. It's a bummer to see things change, especially since I liked shopping there.

    You know, if you're thinking about getting a Good brand jacket, steer clear of that place!! I ended up snagging a few jackets but they slapped me with a hefty bill in USD instead of our good ol' Canadian dollars! And to top it off, they don't even have a proper system to keep track of their stock in real-time - I had to cancel a few jackets and they didn't bother giving me a heads up!! Talk about unfair, eh?

    I ordered a Cashmere Rose children's sweater from the company, but they sent me a black one instead. I tried to explain the mistake, but they said they are sure they sent the right item.     Elastic waistband quality

    I've been a long-time customer of this company for over 3 decades now, and it's kind of disappointing to see the quality of their products going downhill. I recently bought a pair of sweatpants and I couldn't help but notice that the elastic waistband was really poor compared to the ones I got before the company got sold. It's pretty obvious that they're trying to save money by using cheaper materials. The previous sweatpants I bought were top-notch and lasted for years, but the latest one just doesn't measure up. As someone who's been loyal to this company, this drop in quality just doesn't sit right with me, so I won't be buying anything else from them in the future.

    I recently had a really disappointing experience with a gift I bought at a store. I paid full price for it, but the person I gave it to didn't like it. When I went back to try and return or exchange it, I was told that it was past the 30-day limit. This was so frustrating because I have a busy schedule and couldn't deal with it sooner. The customer service people didn't seem to care at all about my situation, and just told me I could only exchange at certain stores. It felt like I was being forced to buy something else there, even though I had already found a new gift somewhere else. It's really disappointing to see a company not being more understanding or flexible. I was really let down by their service and return policy.

    Oh my goodness, I just bought some new clothes online and the customer service was terrible! I called to ask about my order and the lady was really rude. She just kept interrupting me and blamed me for not knowing about Black Friday delays. Ugh, I had no idea there was a delay! It felt like I was being scolded by a grumpy cab driver. I am never shopping here again and I can't wait to return my stuff as soon as it finally arrives. Such a disappointing company, definitely avoid shopping here.

    I just wanted to share that I made an order with this company not long ago. Sadly, even though the tracking said my package was delivered, I never actually got it. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, but it was honestly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The reps were no help at all, wouldn't give me their names, and wouldn't let me speak to a manager. I was so shocked I started recording our talks just to have proof of how poorly I was treated. This whole thing has really let me down, and I won't be buying from them again.

    As a loyal customer, I was really let down by the service I got when dealing with the customer service team recently. Even though I’ve been a customer for a while, they were unprofessional and incompetent. When I called for help, all they said was, "We are experiencing longer than normal wait times," which was so frustrating. I was left on hold for over an hour and a half before I just couldn’t wait any longer. It seemed like the employees working from home weren’t doing their jobs properly. This whole thing has made me feel really disappointed and like they don’t value me as a customer.

    Wallets for me and my daughter

    So a couple years back, I splurged on these fancy wallets for myself and my daughter just because they claimed to be real leather. And wouldn't you know it, they're falling apart faster than a cheap puppet show! The material is flaking off onto our cards and IDs, the change pockets are as holey as Swiss cheese, and we can't even use them anymore. My mom's old leather bags are older than me and still in better shape!

So, I reached out to customer service and all they told me was to keep checking for it to come back in stock. I checked so many times and Christmas passed with no sight of the sweater. Finally, three months later, the sweater disappeared from their website! I asked about it and found out they discontinued that color. I thought, no big deal, let's just exchange it for a different color, right? Wrong! They said I was outside the return window so no exchange. After going back and forth quite a bit, they offered me a coupon but still no exchange. The customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced and I won't be shopping here again!
