Cheap product
I bought a really cheap item from this company, but it's been weeks now and I still haven't got my order. Nobody has reached out to me with any news or updates about what's going on with my order, and that's just not cool. It's kind of sad to see a company ignore their customers like this, especially with how much social media can influence people's opinions.

Laptop charger
I just bought a laptop charger on ebay.ca and it was a total disaster. The seller, turns out her name is Cassandria De Bellefeuille, seemed okay at first, but after I bought it, things went really bad. The charger never showed up, and when I tried to reach out to her, she never replied. I had to open a case for non-delivery, but even then, I never got my money back. Cassandria De Bellefeuille is a scammer and you shouldn't trust her. It's really disappointing that people like her can still sell stuff on ebay.ca.

Cancellation issue
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this store. I had to deal with an issue for over a month because they cancelled part of my order. I reached out to them multiple times and the responses I got were not helpful at all and they didn't even apologize for their mistake. Their lack of responsibility and bad communication has made me feel super frustrated and disappointed with their service.

Rising Star Activity Gym
I was so let down by the Rising Star Activity Gym. My little one just started using it, and right away I saw a problem with the filling on the mat. It kept coming off onto my baby's hands and feet, which could be dangerous if he swallowed it. As a parent, safety is my top priority, so I had to stop using the mat altogether.

Car transfers booking for reservation in Renaissance
I had a really bad experience when I was trying to sort out transportation to and from the airport for my stay at the Renaissance. I called the hotel's number twice, but couldn't get past a language barrier and the staff wasn't very helpful. I tried contacting Marriott reservations, but they just told me to call the hotel directly. After getting in touch with Marriott Bonvoy for the hotel's email address, I didn't hear back for 9 whole days. I was so fed up with the lack of communication and poor customer service that I ended up booking a room at the Mandarin Oriental because they were quick to respond and very attentive.

I recently had a really disappointing experience with a gift I bought at a store. I paid full price for it, but the person I gave it to didn't like it. When I went back to try and return or exchange it, I was told that it was past the 30-day limit. This was so frustrating because I have a busy schedule and couldn't deal with it sooner. The customer service people didn't seem to care at all about my situation, and just told me I could only exchange at certain stores. It felt like I was being forced to buy something else there, even though I had already found a new gift somewhere else. It's really disappointing to see a company not being more understanding or flexible. I was really let down by their service and return policy.
