Rental booking with discounts
I recently used QEEQ to book a rental car with U SAVE in Naples, Italy and it was a great experience all around. I really liked the discounts and competitive prices on the platform since I've needed to rent cars multiple times this year. Booking through the app was super easy and saved me a lot of time and hassle. The actual rental process with U SAVE in Naples was smooth and the customer service was friendly and helpful. I'm thinking about upgrading to the Diamond option for my future rentals because I've been happy with my experience so far. Overall, I'm a satisfied new customer of QEEQ and would definitely recommend it to others looking for affordable car rentals.
Easy reservation with flexible pick-up and drop-off
Booking with QEEQ was so easy and smooth. They gave me the best price and let me choose to pick up at one spot and drop off at another with no problems. The car was in great shape and worked perfectly during my rental. I decided to get extra insurance, but thankfully I didn't have any issues on my trip. Getting and returning the car was quick and easy. I'll definitely use QEEQ again next time.
My recent rentals
I've rented a car two times using this platform and I gotta say, it's been pretty good. The prices were decent and I went for the insurance both times, just to be safe. One time a little rock chipped the windshield and I got dinged for it by the rental company. But dealing with the insurance claim was easy and no fuss. QEEQ refunded me quick, which was nice.
Last-minute car rental
I was in a jam when my first car rental company let me down, but QEEQ saved the day. I booked a car easily and got the vehicle I wanted for a better deal than I thought. The pick-up was smooth, and I liked the clear instructions on what paperwork I needed. The service was amazing, and I got a nice surprise with an upgrade from Autostrad.
Excessive insurance charge
The company demanded an additional $20,000 deposit to use the car insurance included on our card, which was way more than we could afford. We had no other option but to go for the company's insurance, leading to a much higher cost than we had anticipated. With limited choices and unfair charges, it definitely left us feeling quite unhappy.
Fiat 500 Hybrid rental in Italy
Great gas mileage and ideal for cruising around Italy, but it tends to struggle in the Alps because it lacks power. It's the perfect size for just one or two people.
Car rental experience
My experience with the car rental company was really good, eh? The staff was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Even though their office wasn't at the airport, they gave us a ride to and from their spot. The car was in great shape and the service from the guy who helped us was top-notch, eh?
Renting a car
So I rented a car from this place and it was awesome! The person at the desk was really nice and helped us find a car that was good for driving in the snow. The AC was a bit wonky, but it didn't matter since it was cold outside. I would definitely rent from here again next time.
