Car rental experience
My experience with QEEQ was pretty good, the shuttle bus was on time, the vehicle was nice, and the service was quick. But, I ran into a problem when they took a deposit from my bank account without warning before I picked up the vehicle, which made me uneasy during the rental process. When I arrived at the Launceston location, they had no idea about the deposit. Now, I'm waiting for the refund of the deposit before I can say for sure that I'm happy with the whole experience.

Oh man, that was a smooth transaction! I was in and out of that place quicker than you could say "car rental." I had all my paperwork all set to go, so I only stuck around the office for about 10 minutes before they gave me the keys to my spotless car. When it was time to bring the car back, they offered to drop me off right at the airport for a little extra charge, but I decided to walk a bit further to save some money. Overall, amazing service! I definitely recommend it!👌

I had never heard of this company before, but I ended up renting a car for a trip to Orlando. The price was super low, so I decided to go for it even though I was a bit nervous. To my surprise, the car was amazing! It was practically brand new! We ended up with a Chrysler Pacifica that only had 1100 miles on it. The booking process was simple, and we are definitely going to rent from them again in 2024.

I had a terrible time with the car rental company I booked through QEEQ. Even though booking was easy, they charged me double the deposit amount. I tried reaching out to QEEQ for help, but they didn't seem to care about fixing the problem. All they did was pass on my emails to the rental company and didn't do anything else to assist me. It was really annoying to see them shirk responsibility for letting a company on their platform steal money from customers.
Booked car in Italy
I recently booked a car rental through QEEQ for my trip to Italy. I chose this platform because the voucher said the rental company's desk would be inside the airport terminal upon arrival. But when I got to Brindisi Airport, I found out the company was actually located a short walk away from the airport. It was a bit of a hassle, especially with two little kids in tow. The car itself was in good shape, but when I returned to the airport, I was pushed to sign off on some damage so I wouldn't miss my flight. It was frustrating to learn that QEEQ is just a platform and the info on the voucher was wrong. Overall, this whole ordeal has me thinking twice about using QEEQ again in the future.
