The app was super easy to use, I didn't have any trouble figuring it out. And when I needed a refund because something went wrong, the customer service team got back to me right away and took care of everything. I was really impressed with how fast they handled it and fixed the issue.

Great gas mileage and ideal for cruising around Italy, but it tends to struggle in the Alps because it lacks power. It's the perfect size for just one or two people.

So I rented a car from this place and it was awesome! The person at the desk was really nice and helped us find a car that was good for driving in the snow. The AC was a bit wonky, but it didn't matter since it was cold outside. I would definitely rent from here again next time.

The guy working there was super helpful and knew his stuff when it came to renting a car. He took the time to walk me through all the important things to watch out for when using a rental, which was really nice. On top of that, he hooked us up with a brand new car and let us pick it up the day after our flight landed late. It was all in all a great experience and I would totally recommend it.
