David put those doubts to rest — met us at the terminal, sorted a quick transfer and delivered a nicer car to our doorstep. He kept in touch, showed extra patience with loading luggage and even gave us a phone charger when ours died. Honest, professional and unexpectedly relaxed service; wouldn’t hesitate next time.

I just rented a car using this platform and had some problems with the Europcar policy. Even though I gave them all the required documents, there were some complications. But I have to say, QEEQ did a great job with their customer service in quickly resolving the problem. They managed to get me a refund, which I got in 2 different payments. When it was time to bring the car back, they offered to drop me off right at the airport for a little extra charge, but I decided to walk a bit further to save some money. Overall, amazing service! So I rented a car from this place and it was awesome! The person at the desk was really nice and helped us find a car that was good for driving in the snow. The AC was a bit wonky, but it didn't matter since it was cold outside. I would definitely rent from here again next time.

The guy working there was super helpful and knew his stuff when it came to renting a car. On top of that, he hooked us up with a brand new car and let us pick it up the day after our flight landed late. It was all in all a great experience and I would totally recommend it.
