CommunicationI recently booked a car rental through QEEQ for my trip to Italy. I chose this platform because the voucher said the rental company's desk would be inside the airport terminal upon arrival. But when I got to Brindisi Airport, I found out the company was actually located a short walk away from the airport. It was a bit of a hassle, especially with two little kids in tow. The car itself was in good shape, but when I returned to the airport, I was pushed to sign off on some damage so I wouldn't miss my flight. It was frustrating to learn that QEEQ is just a platform and the info on the voucher was wrong. Overall, this whole ordeal has me thinking twice about using QEEQ again in the future.
