I was sure I'd been ripped off—reserved a car through a third‑party, cut the trip short and expected at least some refund. For a while it was just elevator music, hold, and vague answers. The moment I actually felt satisfied was when a real person called back, admitted the mix‑up and processed a partial credit right away. Took a few calls, a bit of back‑and‑forth, but the refund landed on my card and I could use that for gas and the kids' errands—small win, honestly. Would use again, but keep receipts and patience.

Our experience renting a car was okay. The car was in decent shape and suited our needs for the trip. But we were surprised when we had to check out at the airport terminal instead of the original off-site spot we were told about. It caused us some confusion and hassle. The check-in process wasn't anything to write home about either, just average.

Shoulda taken the upgrade, now we're stuck. I finally agreed, but then found out our bags don't fit. Went back to Europcar, but nobody was there. Now me and the fam are stuck at the airport.

I had a terrible time with the car rental company I booked through QEEQ. Even though booking was easy, they charged me double the deposit amount. I tried reaching out to QEEQ for help, but they didn't seem to care about fixing the problem. All they did was pass on my emails to the rental company and didn't do anything else to assist me. It was really annoying to see them shirk responsibility for letting a company on their platform steal money from customers.

My experience with QEEQ was pretty good, the shuttle bus was on time, the vehicle was nice, and the service was quick. But, I ran into a problem when they took a deposit from my bank account without warning before I picked up the vehicle, which made me uneasy during the rental process. When I arrived at the Launceston location, they had no idea about the deposit. Now, I'm waiting for the refund of the deposit before I can say for sure that I'm happy with the whole experience.
