I had never heard of this company before, but I ended up renting a car for a trip to Orlando. The price was super low, so I decided to go for it even though I was a bit nervous. To my surprise, the car was amazing! It was practically brand new! We ended up with a Chrysler Pacifica that only had 1100 miles on it. The booking process was simple, and we are definitely going to rent from them again in 2024.

The company demanded an additional $20,000 deposit to use the car insurance included on our card, which was way more than we could afford. We had no other option but to go for the company's insurance, leading to a much higher cost than we had anticipated. With limited choices and unfair charges, it definitely left us feeling quite unhappy.
