    Family-friendly wellness stay

    If you're wanting a great affordable retreat for relaxation with everything you need, this place is top-notch for families or couples. The spa, pool, massages, and cheap parking are all awesome, plus the service is top-notch. The hotel room was cozy with a big TV, fridge, kettle, storage, and a lovely bathroom. They had a huge breakfast buffet and the price was fair. The only drawback is that it's a bit of a trek from downtown and other places to eat.

    Hotel stay experience

    When I stayed at the hotel recently, I thought the location was kind of inconvenient since it was far from downtown. But, I gotta say, I was really impressed with how fast the hotel staff dealt with some creep bothering me. The room and bathroom were super clean, and the amenities were just what I was looking for. The view of the ocean from the hotel was amazing, it made the whole place feel cozy and peaceful. The staff were also really friendly, which made my stay even better. I'd definitely go back to this hotel if I come back to the city, and I'd totally recommend it to others too.

    Unsanitary hotel stay

    I stayed at a hotel recently that was in really bad shape. There were cockroaches and bugs in the room, the bathroom faucets were falling off the walls, and there was mold around the vents. It was gross and not healthy. I wouldn't recommend staying there to anyone. Just a heads up!

    My terrible stay at a hotel

    My time at this hotel was just terrible, eh! They claimed it was all redone in 2023, but that was a total fib. I blew a ton of points for one night there. I'll only throw 3 stars their way because of the good ol' Marriott customer service, eh.

    Stayed at this place and I was so disappointed with the service. The price didn't match how we were taken care of or how friendly the staff was. The front desk was short-staffed, with only one person doing all the check-ins and check-outs, while the others just stayed in the office. It was really terrible how little attention and care they showed to us guests.

    Birthday celebration

    I recently had a big birthday bash at a hotel downtown, and let me tell you, it was incredible. The hotel staff were so amazing and professional, making sure every little detail was perfect. From the beautiful decorations to the flawless execution of the party, everything was just right. I was able to relax and have a great time with my family, all thanks to the fantastic service from the staff.

    What really blew me away was how they took care of me even after the party was over. When I realized I had forgotten my birthday cake, the hotel staff went out of their way to fix things. They got my cake delivered to my door for free, using Uber. This just showed how committed they are to making sure their customers are happy and it really touched me.

    I just want to give a big thank you to the manager and Chelsea for their amazing service and attention to detail. They made my birthday celebration truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to host a special event. A huge thank you to the whole team for going above and beyond to make my day so special.

    Points redemption experience

    I used to stay at this hotel all the time with my parents, and it was always great. But this time, when I tried to book a room with my points, they surprised me with these extra fees that I had no clue about. I was so surprised. I mean, why charge me extra just for staying at the hotel? I was not happy about that at all. And on top of that, I didn't even get to enjoy any of the cool amenities at the hotel because I was only there for a short period of time. Definitely not worth it!

    Recent Marriott Experience

    My recent experience staying at a certain hotel left me feeling pretty let down. I'm part of their loyalty program, but the treatment I got was not great. Even though I've been a faithful customer, they made me feel like a stranger. There was a mix-up with a booking in my name in Cannes by the reservation team, which made me spend a lot of time fixing it. I tried to talk to different managers, but no one responded and the problem wasn't solved. This kind of service is not okay and now I don't trust the brand as much.

    Car transfers booking for reservation in Renaissance

    I had a really bad experience when I was trying to sort out transportation to and from the airport for my stay at the Renaissance. I called the hotel's number twice, but couldn't get past a language barrier and the staff wasn't very helpful. I tried contacting Marriott reservations, but they just told me to call the hotel directly. After getting in touch with Marriott Bonvoy for the hotel's email address, I didn't hear back for 9 whole days. I was so fed up with the lack of communication and poor customer service that I ended up booking a room at the Mandarin Oriental because they were quick to respond and very attentive.

    Hotel stay deposit issue

    My stay at a hotel in Oslo was pretty good, but I ran into a problem with a deposit mix-up. I booked a one-night stay on December 26th at the Moxy Oslo through a third party. When I checked in, I paid a deposit, but unfortunately, it was mistakenly charged to me instead of being refunded. The hotel said the travel agency hadn't paid them, so now my money was stuck in limbo for no reason.

    Online shopping disappointment

    So, I was online shopping and came across this really awesome website to buy things from. But when I tried to redeem my points, they were all like "you didn't click from the correct link" and I was like, seriously?! I know I did! But they refused to give me my points and it felt so unfair. I've been a loyal customer to that website for a while now, and they just don't seem to want to give me what I earned. It feels like they're trying to scam us, and I absolutely despise it!

    Awesome stay at this place in Oak Brook

    I had a great time, but the price was kinda steep. Next visit, I'll definitely get my own room. The room service menu was a bit pricey for my taste, but I didn't end up ordering it. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious, like a blast from the past! Lunch wasn't all that, but it's cool, hahaha.

    Springhill Suites stay

    So I stayed at this hotel, and it was pretty decent. The room wasn't huge, but it had a big bed, a closet, and a desk. There was also a sofa, a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker, which was nice. The bathroom had a cool walk-in shower with fancy soap and all. We got some good rest for six nights, no noisy disruptions, which was great. They cleaned the room every day and switched the sheets once. The complimentary breakfast was alright, not the best, but did the job. The staff was friendly and professional, and the location was perfect for exploring all the fun stuff in Midtown. But here's the downside - they made us fork over $300 as a deposit when we checked in. They said they would return it when we left, but it's been 25 days and still no sign of the cash! They keep saying it will take 21 business days, which feels like forever. I don't understand why it's taking so darn long to give me back my money. So I'm knocking off a star for that.

    Yeah, so I was at this place and it was pretty cool. The rooms were nice and the service was friendly, but some spots were better than others and the prices were kinda all over the place. Sometimes there were issues with checking in and paying for stuff, which was annoying. It was okay overall, but they definitely need to work on being more consistent.

    Recent stay at a hotel

    Just got back from staying at this hotel on the edge of a cute little town. The rooms were nice and tidy, the staff was friendly and there were awesome amenities like a lobby bar, outdoor fire pit, and pool. The only downside was the limited breakfast choices that come with an extra charge, not ideal for families keeping an eye on their budget. But in general, it's a solid choice for a stay in the area.

    Stayed at this amazing hotel recently and man, let me tell you, the suite they hooked us up with was so spacious and clean, I couldn't believe it. The staff, especially the peeps at the front desk, were super helpful and friendly. And yo, they didn't disappoint with their pet-friendly vibe, which was a major bonus for us. The breakfast spread was pretty good too, and the breakfast spot had a chill vibe to it. All in all, it was a killer experience that I totally suggest checking out.
