Repair jacket
So I had to send my jacket in to get fixed and let me tell you, the person helping me, Brittany, was like a fairy godmother. She kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure everything went smoothly. She was so sweet and helpful, I felt like we were besties by the end of it. Seriously, if she wasn't already married, I would totally suggest her to be my future wife. Overall, the whole experience was amazing, thank you Brittany and the company!

Parenting Classes
I just started taking some parenting classes, and wow, they were way better than I thought! The info was straightforward, useful, and backed up by research, which was exactly what I wanted. The videos were super helpful, and I liked that they came with handouts that I could keep for reference. I even saved and printed them so I can use them later, which is great for me as a busy parent. Overall, these classes have been awesome for helping me feel more sure of myself while dealing with all the ups and downs of parenting.

Balance board and makeup kit
I was really excited to order a balance board and makeup kit from Coco Village, especially with the Black Friday sale. I placed my order back in September, knowing that the balance board was on back order, but they said it would ship by the end of October. Unfortunately, October passed, and I still didn't have the balance board. To top it off, it was missing for my grandson's birthday. I contacted customer service to ask for a price adjustment since both items were now 50% off for Black Friday, but they said no. They only offered to send the makeup kit so I could have it in time for Christmas. I was so let down by the poor communication and service from Coco Village. I used to recommend them, but now I won't shop there again.
