Delayed order, poor communication
Honestly, my experience at this place was a real nightmare, eh. I placed an order weeks ago and it still hasn't been processed, eh. When I called customer service, they gave me the runaround and couldn't even give me a straight answer about when I could expect my order, eh. It's really frustrating to be left hanging like this, and honestly, it's just not acceptable, eh.
Cute and good quality toys
These toys are so cute, I just love them! The quality is amazing, and I'm excited to buy more when they have more in stock. They are perfect for kids and great for creative play. There are so many options to choose from, and I love all the little details in the designs. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again.
Christmas gift for granddaughter
So I made an order on November 25th for this thing that was in stock at the time, with the idea of giving my 20-month-old granddaughter a special Christmas surprise. I got an email saying the thing was on its way, so I waited all excited for it to arrive. But then I looked at the UPS shipping history and it turns out they only made the label for it, never actually shipped it out. So I got in touch with the online chat support and they told me it was out of stock now, and they offered me some other options instead. The problem was, there weren't really any good alternatives, which made me pretty upset because my granddaughter won't be getting the one thing her parents really wanted her to have for Christmas. I never got an explanation for what happened, or why they never sent the order out, so now I'm feeling frustrated and not too happy about the whole thing.
Balance bike for my child
I bought a balance bike for my kiddo and after just a month, the handle broke and ended up hurting my little one's finger. At first, customer service didn't want to own up to it and only offered to switch out the handle for a different color. It really soured the whole situation for me and now my child doesn't even want to ride the bike because of the bad memories connected to it.
Faulty product, terrible service
This place is a complete disaster, eh? The product I ordered was super low quality and had lots of problems. It took forever to get here, and when it finally did, it was nothing like I expected. I contacted customer service for a refund or replacement, but all they sent me was some more defective parts. I pretty much had to fix the thing myself by drilling new holes and rebuilding parts. It's just so absurd. I definitely wouldn't suggest this place to anyone, even my worst enemy, eh?
Balance bike purchase
I just bought a balance bike from this shop and was super happy with how good and cute it was. But there was a small problem with one of the parts. Even though that happened, I really have to give it to their customer service. They were so fast in addressing my issue and got the replacement part to me in just 5 days.
New clothes ordered
Hey there, so I just ordered some new clothes from this store. The website was really user-friendly, and I found some super cute items to purchase. I can't really give my opinion on how the clothes are in person just yet, but they looked amazing online! The shipping fee was a bit on the pricier side, but I assume that's because the clothes are made overseas. All in all, I'm really looking forward to receiving my new outfits!
Playhouse for kids
I gotta say, the customer service at this place was top-notch. They really went out of their way to make sure I had all the info I needed and even followed up to see if I had any other questions. Super timely, thoughtful, and I really felt appreciated.
Online shopping experience
The checkout process on the website needs some work. You have to agree to the Return, Shipping, and Privacy policies before you can order, but the "Return" policy isn't clickable, which might confuse people. Also, the shipping options and prices aren't clearly laid out, so customers don't know what they're getting for paying more. These things can make shopping frustrating and might leave you disappointed with the whole experience.
Balance bike, teepee bed, baby play mats
I just bought a balance bike, teepee bed, and baby play mats from this place not too long ago, eh. I gotta say, I'm totally in love with everything I got. They not only look awesome, but they're also really well-made and sturdy. The balance bike is just right for my little one to start learning how to ride, and the teepee bed adds a fun and comfy touch to her room. The baby play mats are amazing for keeping her busy and safe. I can't say enough good things about these products, eh!
Educational tower pre-order
I recently pre-ordered an educational tower from Coco Village, and I must say, I haven't been too impressed with their customer service. I placed the order back on February 1st, expecting it to arrive in April. However, here we are in May and still no sign of my order. To top it off, I had to find out about the delay from other customers, who said it won't be here until mid to late May. It's really disappointing that Coco Village didn't bother to reach out and let us know about this delay. I would have appreciated some transparency and communication about what's going on with my order. This lack of communication and the delay in delivery has left me feeling frustrated and pretty disappointed with my shopping experience overall.
Christmas gifts for my 2 and a half-year-old son
I made two orders with Coco Ville back on November 26th for Christmas presents, one going to the States and the other coming to Canada. It's now December 24th, and the package for the States hasn't arrived yet. My son was really excited to open his gifts on Christmas morning, but now it looks like he won't have anything to unwrap. I reached out to customer service over a week ago, but all I got was an automated response. This delay has been really frustrating, and I won't be shopping here again.
Dollhouse with pre-drilled holes
So, I got this dollhouse from them and it was a total disaster! Like, some of the holes weren't even drilled properly and the screws were coming out through the sides. It looked like it was gonna fall apart any minute. I mean, seriously, it was a safety hazard! And guess what? They said they would replace the parts but then they changed their mind and only offered a stupid gift card. Not cool, man!
Black Friday purchase, issue with discount applied
Even though my issue got fixed by customer service, I need to mention how disappointed I was with the representative's attitude. I bought something on Black Friday when they were 50% off. The discount worked during checkout and showed the right price. But when my purchase was confirmed, I was charged the full price. I reached out to customer service through live chat to fix it. At first, the representative offered me a gift card for the price difference and implied it was my fault for not checking the code properly. Even though the evidence showed the code was applied correctly, I felt the demeaning remarks were unnecessary and unprofessional.
Gift item
I just bought a gift from Coco Village and the product was great, but the packaging came all messed up. It was supposed to be a special gift, so it was a real letdown. I contacted customer service to sort it out, but they wouldn't give me a replacement. Now I'm feeling pretty peeved and not sure about shopping there again. It sucks not knowing if my orders will show up right or if customer service will actually help out.

Holiday gifts for granddaughter
I had a fantastic time shopping at this store. They had so many great products to choose from, and I found the perfect holiday gifts for my granddaughter. The staff was super friendly and knew their stuff, they helped me out with all the info I needed to get the right stuff. I'm really excited to get my order and see my granddaughter's face light up when she opens her presents.
Non-delivery issue
I ordered something from this store and it hasn't showed up! It's been a whole month and the tracking still says it's "in transit". They haven't even given me any updates on why it's delayed. I'm really let down by their service.
Back-to-school items
I ordered some back-to-school stuff on June 27th but my order didn't even start being shipped until July 30th because some things were out of stock. The whole order wasn't even completed and I had to keep calling customer service to get any updates. They gave me some money back for what was missing, but didn't do anything else to make it right. This whole situation made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. The bad inventory system and customer service left me in a tough spot, just two weeks before school begins. Getting a refund doesn't really help me with the things I really need for school.
Awesome play food sets
I got these really awesome pretend food sets for my little brother's play kitchen and they're so cool! They look super realistic and the colors are amazing, especially the fruit set! They're definitely going to last longer than plastic toys, which is great. The shipping does take a bit longer since we're in Canada, but that's fine because I always plan ahead! The customer service has been really friendly and helpful as well.
