Christmas gifts for my 2 and a half-year-old son
I made two orders with Coco Ville back on November 26th for Christmas presents, one going to the States and the other coming to Canada. It's now December 24th, and the package for the States hasn't arrived yet. My son was really excited to open his gifts on Christmas morning, but now it looks like he won't have anything to unwrap. I reached out to customer service over a week ago, but all I got was an automated response. This delay has been really frustrating, and I won't be shopping here again.

Fantastic Product
The whole process was super easy and I learned a lot. The website had all the info I needed about the products and it was simple to compare different bags to find the perfect one for me. The pictures of the bags being worn by models of different heights really helped me out. The bag itself is amazing! It's tough, looks great, and has tons of room. I was so surprised by how much stuff I could fit in the bag once I opened up the extra storage part. I ended up fitting 4 days' worth of clothing into 1 small and 1 medium packing cube, and they fit perfectly in the expandable section of the bag.
