So, I went ahead and got myself a yearly subscription for this art software, thinking I could use it for my digital art projects. But guess what? A month before my subscription was up, they sent me an email saying there was a new payment system in place and I had to re-enter my card details. I went to check out my account, only to find that there were no cards connected to it and they were asking me to put in a new one. I decided not to do that right away. But get this – a month later, they still managed to take the payment for the yearly subscription from my account, even though there was no card on file. When I contacted customer support, they straight up refused to give me a refund. I was steamed, feeling completely tricked by this whole situation. Just a heads up to all of you out there, be careful when you're making purchases on this platform.

And then, if you switch from a free trial to an Unlimited License, they don't even get rid of the old trial license, and you could end up getting charged out of the blue, eh. And get this - they won't give you a refund, and you can't even take your card info off your account settings. Like, come on, this company clearly isn't taking customer service seriously, and their software system is just pathetic, really.
