Drawing and painting software
Eh, so I've been using this drawing and painting software and it's seriously amazing, eh. I usually use MOHO for my animations, but I'm totally gonna give this software a shot for that too, you know. It's really user-friendly and has all the awesome features I need for my art stuff. And the price? So good, eh. Especially considering all the cool stuff you get. This is like, a dream come true for artists, eh!
Yearly subscription for art software
So, I went ahead and got myself a yearly subscription for this art software, thinking I could use it for my digital art projects. But guess what? A month before my subscription was up, they sent me an email saying there was a new payment system in place and I had to re-enter my card details. I went to check out my account, only to find that there were no cards connected to it and they were asking me to put in a new one. I decided not to do that right away. But get this – a month later, they still managed to take the payment for the yearly subscription from my account, even though there was no card on file. When I contacted customer support, they straight up refused to give me a refund. I was steamed, feeling completely tricked by this whole situation. Just a heads up to all of you out there, be careful when you're making purchases on this platform.
Software for digital art creation
Before, the software was amazing for making digital art, but now that they've gone to a subscription model for updates, it feels like a total rip-off. I'm starting to think I wasted my money buying a license.
Licencing system and plans
Eh, the licensing system and plans for this software are just awful, eh. Like, seriously the worst I've ever come across. First off, there's like no easy way to get into your account from their website, eh, which makes it a real pain to check out your plans, you know? And then, if you switch from a free trial to an Unlimited License, they don't even get rid of the old trial license, and you could end up getting charged out of the blue, eh. And get this - they won't give you a refund, and you can't even take your card info off your account settings. Like, come on, this company clearly isn't taking customer service seriously, and their software system is just pathetic, really.
