App & PortalEh, the licensing system and plans for this software are just awful, eh. Like, seriously the worst I've ever come across. First off, there's like no easy way to get into your account from their website, eh, which makes it a real pain to check out your plans, you know? And then, if you switch from a free trial to an Unlimited License, they don't even get rid of the old trial license, and you could end up getting charged out of the blue, eh. And get this - they won't give you a refund, and you can't even take your card info off your account settings. Like, come on, this company clearly isn't taking customer service seriously, and their software system is just pathetic, really.
