Good app, bad licence rules
Good app, bad licence rules
Pricegreat drawing tool, lousy licence setup. The app itself does what I need — really solid brushes and workflow — but the licence changes are what ruin it for me. Older perpetual licence let you use it on two devices; the newer versions lock you to a single device and push annual plans hard. I don’t want a subscription, I want to own the product (simple as that). I tried alternatives like Krita and GIMP (not saying they’re terrible) but they don’t fit my way of working, so I’m stuck with the tradeoff. Communication about plans feels vague and seems to shift with each release, which is annoying. Functionally the program is very good, just not perfect and the licence stuff keeps making it harder to recommend outright. Advice: check the current licence terms carefully before buying.
Drawing and painting software
Drawing and painting software
PriceEh, so I've been using this drawing and painting software and it's seriously amazing, eh. I usually use MOHO for my animations, but I'm totally gonna give this software a shot for that too, you know. It's really user-friendly and has all the awesome features I need for my art stuff. And the price? So good, eh. Especially considering all the cool stuff you get. This is like, a dream come true for artists, eh!
Software for digital art creation
Software for digital art creation
PriceBefore, the software was amazing for making digital art, but now that they've gone to a subscription model for updates, it feels like a total rip-off. I'm starting to think I wasted my money buying a license.
