    So, I just got myself a Series 4 Pro vertical pellet smoker and let me tell you, it's totally changed the game for me in the kitchen. The temperature control is spot on, making sure my food comes out perfect every single time. Though, I did run into a bit of a snag with the Bluetooth and WiFi connection at first. Thankfully, the customer service folks were super helpful and got me sorted out by sending over a new control module and some repair instructions without charging me extra. Big shoutout to the Pit Boss team for their quick and effective solution, it really made my whole experience with them a good one.

    Igniter replacement for Pitboss Copperhead

    Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with the Pitboss Copperhead. Let me tell you, it's been a real headache since day one. I only used it for a few hours before the igniter gave out and caused some problems with the control fuse. Customer support wasn't much help either - they said they'd send me a new igniter, but it never arrived. I've been waiting for over three weeks now, with nothing but broken promises. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I'm returning it to the store and saying goodbye to this Pitboss nightmare.

    This grill was such a letdown, eh. It keeps getting clogged up and it's been giving me a ton of grief. I've only managed to smoke a couple things on it before running into big problems. I followed the instructions to a T right from the beginning, but it still gave me a run for my money. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone in the market for a dependable grill, that's for sure.

    Smoker/Grill Pit Boss 1600 Pro PS1

    My experience with my Pit Boss 1600 Pro PS1 has been really disappointing, eh. Since the day I got it, I've been getting wrong parts like ignitors and PID controllers. The customer service has been okay, but they haven't been able to fix the problem of sending the wrong parts. It's making me really frustrated and worried about how I'll keep my Pit Boss running in the future, eh.

    The barbecue I bought from this place ended up being a total flop. Right from the beginning, I had problems with it, and even after getting some new parts to try and fix it myself, it still doesn't work right. It's really frustrating to shell out a bunch of cash on something that doesn't work like it's supposed to. I only used it a couple of times and I already regret buying it.

    Pit Boss Laredo 1000 Platinum

    A few years ago, I decided to get myself the Pit Boss Laredo 1000 Platinum, and it's been a real star in my backyard ever since. I've used it for smoking meat and it always gives me top-notch results. But a couple of months back, I ran into a problem with adjusting the temperature on the grill. Knowing how vital good customer service is, I decided to reach out for help. When I contacted customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently the Pit Boss rep got back to me. They walked me through some troubleshooting steps and figured out that the issue was with a faulty control panel. After I gave them some info about my purchase and address, they sent me a replacement control panel at no extra cost. The fact that they provided such great customer service without hesitation, especially considering my grill is out in the open, really speaks volumes about their dedication to their customers. I'm really impressed with the fantastic customer service I received and I'll definitely be buying more Pit Boss products in the future.

    I just got myself a stainless steel BBQ grill from this company. At first, I was a bit worried about how durable it would be, but after hearing good things online, I decided to give it a shot.     Faulty Pit Boss grill

    My experience with the Pit Boss grill was a complete nightmare. Right from the beginning, it was clear that the product was poor quality. The grill actually caught fire while I was smoking a brisket, thanks to a malfunction in the hopper and auger system. The hopper itself ended up catching fire. And to make matters worse, when I tried to use the warranty, Pit Boss refused to help me out, leaving me high and dry. Their customer service was terrible - they just kept giving me the run-around, telling me to take apart the grill and mess with the electrical components. They sent me random parts that didn't solve the problem and just made excuses instead of owning up to their mistake. I'm thankful that things didn't escalate to a full-on house fire, but the way Pit Boss handled the situation was really concerning. I definitely won't be giving them my business again, and I'll be sure to warn others to stay away from their products.

    I'm really disappointed with my experience with this company's damaged smoker. I bought it as a gift, but there was a delay in opening it up. The customer service from Tractor Supply and the company itself has been pretty bad. They didn't address the damaged unit quickly, and even after reaching out multiple times, I still haven't gotten a solution. The lack of accountability and responsibility for selling a damaged product as new is worrying, and their dismissive attitude towards my concerns is frustrating. Also, being abruptly disconnected from the chat when asking about warranty coverage for the probe system was unprofessional and made me feel like my voice wasn't being heard as a customer. Overall, I'm really let down by how this situation was handled and regret upgrading to this smoker from this company.

    Eh, ya know, that vertical smoker I picked up has been a real game-changer for my BBQ game. I've been using it for a few weeks now and have smoked up a bunch of dishes with some real success. Gotta admit, figuring out how to use it at first was a bit of challenge, but once I got the hang of it, that smoker worked like a dream, eh.     Temperature accuracy issues

    OMG, after only three years, my BBQ started acting up with the temperature. I figured it might've been the weather or something, but even when I moved it to a better spot, it still wouldn't cook my meat properly. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a new probe, but it didn't solve the issue. The temperature kept going all over the place, getting way too high and almost catching fire! So dangerous! Now my BBQ is basically useless. Customer service didn't even bother to follow up. So disappointing, I thought this BBQ was gonna last forever. Looks like I'll be going back to my trusty old charcoal grill.

    Pit Boss smoker

    I just bought a Pit Boss smoker and I was pretty bummed out when I realized that the warranty wasn't valid because I didn't buy it at Lowe's. The box and display were covered in stickers bragging about a 5-year warranty for all Pit Boss grills made by Danson, so naturally, I assumed I was all set. But then I discovered some sneaky fine print online that said the warranty only applies if you buy it from Lowe's. Seems shady and tricky of the company if you ask me.

    Pitboss Smoker purchase

    I bought a Pitboss 8 in 1 smoker and man, was I ever let down by the quality and customer service. Spent about $1000 on this bad boy and had to wait almost a whole month before I could even use it because I wanted to snag a cover first. But when I finally fired it up, turns out the auger motor was jammed. Contacted customer care and they said it was a faulty auger, so they shipped me a replacement. Had to throw it in myself, but surprise, surprise - still no luck. Now they're telling me it might be a problem with the motherboard. I'm at my wit's end with this thing and just want to wash my hands of it. Dealing with Canadian Tire now to try and return it, even though I missed the return date. Pitboss didn't offer me any discounts or make it right for all the time and frustration this has caused me, just a simple sorry.

    I bought a grill at this place not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how it turned out. The darn thing started acting up real quick - the drive screw got all stuck and jammed, making it real tricky to fix. When I called the store for help, they just told me to call some 1-800 number, which ended up telling me to buy a whole new model. That really got me down considering the old one only lasted a couple months. It felt like they were just trying to get me to spend more cash on what seemed like a lousy product. This whole thing has really left me with a bad taste in my mouth about the company, and I'm not too keen on doing business with them again. Having to resort to sorting it out online because their customer service was lacking was a real hassle. It's not a good sign when a company cares more about making money than keeping their customers happy. I can only imagine how they treat their employees if this is how they treat their customers.
